To decrease the impact on the environment of building waste, the recycled aggregate may be used in various sustainable engineering applications, such as roller compacted concrete pavement (RCCP). This research examined how using recycled aggregate as a partial replacement for natural aggregate as coarse or fine affected the mechanical properties of roller-compacted concrete pavement. The recycled aggregate was crushed and sieved to coarse and fine aggregate before being used in the roller-compacted concrete pavement. Compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, and flexural strength were all evaluated after the samples were prepared at 28 and 90 days of curing. According to the study's findings, the partial replacement of coarse or fine aggregate with recycled aggregate by (10, 15 and 20%) by volume resulted in decreasing the mechanical properties and increasing the absorption and porosity of RCCP due to the contaminated cement paste on the surface of RCA when compared to the reference mix made with natural aggregate. Because the recycled aggregate contains un-hydrated cement particles, the results have improved after 90 days.
Water represents as a basic intellectual material in the myths of creation and the start of formation, Thus, water has turned into an intellectual material in literary mythological texts in addition to its function in sculptural Mesopotamian sculpture. The research is in three sections: the first section deals with Myth, its concept, peculiarities and types, the second section is about mythological literature, the third section is about the idea of water and mythical literature. The question research question here is that does the idea of water have any impact on mythological literature? And Does it link to sculptural products? The importance of the research is that it shows the human imagination and its relationship to functioni

The physical properties of these filters were tested. The production conditions include five press pressures ranged from 10 to 50MPa and a firing schedule having three different final temperatures of 1000, 1070, and 1100˚C. The tests results of the physical properties were used to obtain best compatibility between the hydraulic and the mechanical properties of these filters. Results showed that as the press pressure and the firing temperature are increased, the bulk density and the compressive and bending strengths of the produced filters are increased, while, the porosity and absorp

The study was retrospectively designed. The clinicopathological parameters were obtained from patients’ admission case sheets and pathology reports (age, gender). The presents study included 120 patients having thyroid nodules, classified according to results of histopathology into 4 groups, 30 patients within each; the first group included patients with follicular adenoma, the second group included patients with follicular carcinoma, the third group included patients with follicular variant of papillary carcinoma (FV

As an indirect result of IR on important metabolic enzymes, lipid and lipoprotein abnormalities are also a factor in T2DM patients. Recent research has indicated that lipid fluctuation may be the cause of poor glucose metabolism as well as one of its effects. Fatty acids (FAs) affect cell membrane fluidity and permeability, insulin receptor binding and signaling, and the translocation of glucose transporters. Therefore, it is suggested that FAs might play a crucial part in the emergence of IR and T2DM. The cu

They considered childbirth through surrogate mothers as a means to achieve the goal of motherhood without taking into account the religious, moral, and legal aspects. It did not stop there, but rather went beyond that and broke into Arab and Islamic countries alike, which made researchers address this issue to ensure its legal ruling, because of the effects and dimensions of this phenomenon on religious and moral principles and values. Because of the harm to the wife’s womb and the

The fertility of this semiotic conceptual system monitored this new mature, innovative and advanced level of this new critical analytical method with its different technical and theoretical foundations. Thus, it opened the door wide to new discoveries in the laws, which motivate different artistic texts. Finally, the research is just a start. Can the linguistic methods read the artistic works outside the linguistic authorities? Is it possible to capture the structural transformation in Picasso drawings? This can be via computers or mobile technology. This study aims to identify the relationship between VLE and Iraqi EFL Academic Students` Achievement. The study design is a descriptive correlational one, the instruments are used as an achievement test, and the Distance Education Learning Environments Survey (DELES) was distributed by email addresses to develop settings for investigating how virtual environments affect students' achievement in online courses. The sample of the study was selected in a randomized method in this study to examine the relationship between the (100) students enrolled in the
