This research including, CO3O4 was prepared by the chemical spry pyrolysis, deposited film acceptable to assess film properties and applications as photodetector devise, studying the optical and optoelectronics properties of Cobalt Oxide and effect of different doping ratios with Br (2, 5, 8)%. the optical energy gap for direct transition were evaluated and it decreases as the percentage Br increase, Hall measurements showed that all the films are p-type, the current–voltage characteristic of Br:CO3O4 /Si Heterojunction show change forward current at dark varies with applied voltage, high spectral response, specific detectivity and quantum efficiency of CO3O4 /Si detector with 8% of Br ,was deliberate, extreme value with 673nm.

Background: Salivary tumors are uncommon, being of low incidence worldwide. This study aimed to assess cases collected in this series of salivary gland tumors in regard to histopathological typing, in relation to age, site and gender. Materials and methods: This is a retrospective study; cases were collected from public and private laboratories. A total number of 171 cases were collected. The slides were reviewed and reclassified for histopathological typing according to WHO classification 2005. Results: Benign tumors were more common than malignant tumors. In the present study, radon gas concentration in the shallow groundwater samples of the Abu-Jir region in Anbar governorate was measured by using Rad-7 detector. The highest radon gas level in the samples is up to 9.3 Bq/L, while the lowest level is 2.1 Bq/L, with an average of 6.44±1.8 Bq/L. The annual effective dose is varied from 33.945 μSv/y to 7.66 μSv/y, with an average of 0.145±0.06 μSv/y. Consequently, the radon level in the groundwater studied is lower than the standard recommended value (11 Bq/L) reported by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).
