This Action research aimed at Assisting Students of Faculty of Educational Sciences  at Al-Quds Open University to design computerized  lessons using the Power Point software and according to ADDIE model. The study sample consisted of 40 students  who were taking a course titled Technology of Education during the second semester of the 2014-2015 academic year and three academic instructors . The research aimed to investigate the level of Organizational Cynicism and Job Engagement of Government Schools teachers in Al Zubair district. To achieve this research was conducted on a random sample of (66) items. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The air flow pattern in a co-current pilot plant spray dryer fitted with a rotary disk atomizer was determined experimentally and modelled numerically using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) (ANSYS Fluent ) software. The CFD simulation used a three dimensions system, Reynolds-Average Navier-Stokes equations (RANS), closed via the RNG k −ε turbulence model.
