The present work includes a design and characteristics study of a controlling the wavelength of high power diode laser by thermoelectric cooler [TEC] . The work includes the operation of the [TEC] to control the temperature of the diode laser between ( 0- +30) °C by changing the resistance of thermistor. We can control a limited temperature of a diode laser by changing the phase cooling between hot and cold faces of the diode, this process can be attempted by comparator type [LM –311] .The theoretical results give a model for controlling the temperature with, the suitable wavelength.

In this study, the quality assurance of the linear accelerator available at the Baghdad Center for Radiation Therapy and Nuclear Medicine was verified using Star Track and Perspex. The study was established from August to December 2018. This study showed that there was an acceptable variation in the dose output of the linear accelerator. This variation was ±2% and it was within the permissible range according to the recommendations of the manufacturer of the accelerator (Elkta).

Astronomy image is regarded main source of information to discover outer space, therefore to know the basic contain for galaxy (Milky way), it was classified using Variable Precision Rough Sets technique to determine the different region within galaxy according different color in the image. The present study investigates the effect of the de-sanding (recycling system) on the bearing capacity of the bored piles. Full-scale models were conducted on two groups of piles, the first group was implemented without using this system, and the second group was implemented using the recycling system. All piles were tested by static load test, considering the time factor for which the piles were implemented. The test results indicated a significant and clear difference in the bearing capacity of the piles when using this system. In this study, the zinc oxide NPs have been synthesized from the fresh pomegranate peels extract using the precipitation method. The ZnO nanoparticles were produced from the reaction of fresh peels extract with zinc acetate salt which was used as zinc source in the presence of 2 M NaOH.
