ORE GENESIS AND MINOR ELEMENTS OF OROGENIC GOLD DEPOSIT AT TAMILOUW– HAYA, SERAM ISLAND, INDONESIA
...Show More Authors

The orogenic gold deposit of Tamilouw – Haya is hosted by slate and metapelitic rocks within Tehoru metamorphic complex. Gold and polymetallic sulfides mineralization at study area is predominantly formed in the form of veins, stockwork and breccia although minor dissemination is slightly appeared in the rock float samples. They are trapped and controlled by NE-SW and NNE-SSW trending geologic structure occurred during orogeny process from Late Miocene to Pliocene. The common ore minerals assemblage at Tamilouw – Haya deposit are dominated by native gold, chalcopyrite, pyrite, sphalerite, galena, pyrrhotite, tetrahedrite-tennantite (sulphosalt), marcasite, realgar, kalininite and arsenopyrite as hypogene minerals and accompanied by covellite, hematite, goethite and malachite as the supergene minerals.
Ore genesis and minor elements study of pyrite, galena, and sphalerite at Tamilouw – Haya was done using 3 methods approach. There were 46 samples used for ore microscopy analysis and 10 samples for SEM-EDX and Micro-XRF analyses to obtain their mutual relationship interpretation and paragenetic sequence. Ore mineral textures showed disseminated textures, simultaneous crystallization (intergrowth), inclusions, replacements, and exsolutions-decomposition textures.
Average content of Co is 0.21 wt. % and Ni is 0.10 wt. % which may reflect the Co : Ni ratio is 2.86 in pyrite. It means that Co content is higher than Ni and indicates that pyrite origin may be related to volcano-hydrothermal, metamorphosed and skarn-hydrothermal type. In comparison with pyrite, the average contents of minor elements in sphalerite shows Fe content is 9.16 wt.%, Ga is 0.99 wt.%, Ge is 0.12 wt.% and log Ga/Ge ranging from < 0.36 to 2.27 wt.%. Moreover, average precious metal contents within galena shows that Au contents
Ore genesis and minor elements of orogenic gold
is < 0.01 – 2.78 wt.% and Ag is 0.12-0.31 wt.%. On the basis of the previous descriptions, high content of Fe in pyrite and sphalerite, Ga > Ge, Co > Ni in pyrite and low content of Ag in Galena indicated that pyrite, galena, and sphalerite from Tamilouw – Haya were formed under high to moderate temperature condition at 5.1-7.6 km paleodepth.

Theoretical Estimation of Charge Transfer Rate at Some Nitrosyl Complexes
...Show More Authors

The charge transfer at C23H17F8N8O2PRu, C44H30BF4N5O4Ru, C56H52CL5N5OOsP2 and C76H88F80N24O11P10Ru4 nitrosyl complexes are investigation and studies theoretically using the quantum consideration. Charge transfer behavior largely rely to the electric properties of nitrosyl complexes system whose depending on the main important parameters for the transmission rate constant such that: orientation transition energy, overlapping coupling coefficient, driving force energy, height barrier and Temperature T (K). Data results have been evaluated using a MATLAB program. Results show that rate of charge transfer increases due to increases the orientation transition energy.

Effectiveness of at site electronic learning/teaching in educational development
...Show More Authors

This study investigated three aims for the extent of effectiveness of the two systems in educational development of educators. To achieve this, statistical analysis was performed between the two groups that consisted of (26) participants of the electronic teaching method and (38) participants who underwent teaching by the conventional electronic lecture. The results indicated the effectiveness of the “electronic teaching method” and the “electronic lecture method” for learning of the participants in educational development. Also, it indicated the level of equivalence from the aspect of effectiveness of the two methods and at a confidence level of (0.05). This study reached several conclusions, recommendations, and suggestio

Objective: Diarrhea is a symptom of a variety of conditions may attack the child. It considered one of
mam causes of mortality rates especially in low socio- economic level countries. The child can be
easily got dehydration and pass from loss of too much body fluid and due to the Common thoueht of
increasing the incidence of diarrhea during summer season, this study is done to find out the relation
between the high incidences rate of diarrhea and weather variation
Methodology: This survey conducted in AL- Markazi Child's Teaching Hospital for the year 2005 the
data were gathered from hospital records for the period (January - December) and age groups

POLLUTION OF MINING INDUSTRY SULFUR PURIFICATION PLANT AT AL MISHRAQ
...Show More Authors

The Al Mishraq site has been the subject of many scientific studies for the period before and
after the fire in 2003. Five visits to the site were conducted twice in 2003 for general fact-finding, twice
in 2004, and once in 2005 for detailed sampling and monitoring. Desk-based research and laboratory analysis of soil and water samples results indicate that surface water and groundwater pollution from Al Mishraq site was significant at the time of its operation. The primary pollution source was the superheated water injection process, while the principal receptor is the River Tigris. Now that the plant is idle, this source is absent. Following the June 2003 sulphur fire, initial investigations indicate that short damage to

Cognitive Beliefs and Their Relationship to Self-Organized Learning Strategies at the Preparatory Stage
...Show More Authors

The study aims to identify the level of cognitive beliefs, as well as to identify the level of self-organized learning strategies among intermediate school students. The study also aims to identify the differences in the level of self-organized learning strategies among intermediate school students in term of gender, branch (scientific, literary). In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher designed a scale to measure the cognitive beliefs. As for the scale of self-organized learning strategies, the researcher adopted a scale of (Pintrich et al. 1991), which was translated by (Izzat Abdelhamid, 1999) , For self-organized learning strategies, the sample consisted of (400) students from the research population, whic
