The central marshes are one of the most important wetlands/ecosystems in the southern area of Iraq. This study evaluates the bed soil's mechanical, physical, and chemical properties at certain southern Iraqi central marshes sites. This was conducted to investigate their types and suitability for enhancing the agricultural reality of most field crops and for construction purposes. The research aimed at identifying the reality of electronic marketing in elite athletes. The researchers used the descriptive method on (193) athletes from different sports; individual and team. Direct questions and an electronic marketing scale were applied to conclude that athletic shows come first in most bought goods. The results showed that there is a difference between direct and electron shopping in favor of direct shopping. In addition to that, the results showed that sports federations do not provide athletes with proper apparels and equipment thus placing financial burdens on the athlete.     A revised checklist of the robber fly genera (Diptera, Asilidae) was given during this study in Iraq. The investigation showed (21) genera belonging to seven subfamilies, two genera new recorded to entomofauna of Iraq (Promachus Loew, 1848 and Genus: Dysmacus Loew, 1860). Eight genera showed in this investigation and eleven genera were recorded previously to Iraq.

This paper describes the first occurrence of the monogenetic trematode Silurodiscoides
mediacanthus (Achmerow, 1952) in Iraq from gills of the cyprinid fish Barbus luteus from
Diyala river, Diyala province, Iraq. The description and measurements of this parasite were
