So far synthesis of Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GnRH) analogues reported in the literature has clarified some aspects of structural activity of the naturally released GnRH. As a part of continuing efforts for further understanding of this relationship, the present investigation was undertaken which involved synthesis and biological evaluation of two GnRH analogues, firstly, by replacement of the amino acid L-Argenine in the 8^th position at the backbone structure of the natural hormone by the amino acid D-Alanine; and secondly, by replacement of the amino acid L-Glycine in the 10^th position by D-Alanine also at the backbone structure of the nature hormone, to obtain the following analogues respectively:

The synthesized ligand [4-chloro-5-(N-(5,5-dimethyl-3-oxocyclohex-1-en-1-yl)sulfamoyl)-2-((furan-2-ylmethyl)amino)benzoic acid] (H2L1) was identified utilizing Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), 1 H, 13 C – NMR, (C.H.N), Mass spectra, UVVis methods based on spectroscopy. To detect mixed ligand complexes, analytical and spectroscopic approaches such as micro-analysis, conductance, UV-Visible, magnetic susceptibility, and FT-IR spectra were utilized. Its mixed ligand complexes [M(L1)(Q)Cl2] [ where M= Co(II), Ni(II) , and Cd(II)] and complexes [Pd(L1)(Q)] and [Pt(L1)(Q)Cl2]; [H2L1] =β-enaminone ligand =L1 and Q= 8-Hydroxyquinoline = L2]. The Mannich base ligand was synthesized in an ethanol medium through a condensation reaction of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole and ciprofloxacin at room temperature. Subsequently, several metal complexes of this ligand were prepared. To characterize both the base ligand and the metal complexes, various techniques were employed, including elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, molar conductivity measurements, magnetic moment determination, and melting point analysis. The results were shown that the metal complexes formed have the formula [Cr(L)2Cl2] Cl.H2O and [Rh(L)2(H2O)2] Cl3.H2O, where L= mannich base ligand. New Schiff-base ligands bearing tetrazole moiety and their polymeric metal complexes with Co(II), Ni(II) and Cd(II) ions are reported. Ligands were prepared in a multiple-step reaction. The reaction of sodium 2,6- diformylphenolate and cyclohexane-1,3-dione with 5-amino-2-fluorobenzonitrile resulted in the isolation of two precursors sodium 2,6-bis((E)-(3-cyano-4-fluorophenylimino)methyl)-4-methylphenolate 1 and 5,5'- (1E,1'E)-cyclohexane-1,3-diylidenebis- (azan-1-yl-1-ylidene)bis(2-fluorobenzonitrile) 2, respectively. This article publishes seven cuneiform tablets in the collection of the Iraq Museum Baghdad. Six of the tablets have an Irisagrig/Al Sarraki provenance, the seventh is of uncertain origin. They are dated to the reigns of Amar-Suen (AS) and Ibbi-Suen (IS) of the Ur III Dynasty. The texts represent administrative texts of the governing institutions and account for economic activities including the assignment of female workers for wool plucking, the remuneration of canal work with barley and the selection of wool for textiles. Three tablets record offerings in respect of cultic observances, two of which describe the disbursement of foodstuffs for the king's monthly 83-63 offerings to the new moon.

Seven newly fused heterocyclic compounds were synthesized from compound 2.
