A set of ten drug compounds containing an amino group in the structure were determined theoretically. The parameters were entered into a model to forecast the optimal values of practical (log P) medicinal molecules. Most important findings of the study is the need to grant personal and family exemptions that differ according to the civil status of the taxpayer (single or married). Urine proteomics have been an area of interest and recently in Kala-azar as an alternative sample type for serum or plasma.
