This study included the determination of mercury level in twelve samples of skin whitening cream available in local market in Baghdad by atomic absorption spectrophotometer ,all the samples analyzed was contained a detectable amount of mercury. The lowest concentration of mercury in the sample C (Top Shirley) was 0.482 μg/g, and the higher concentration was 29.54 μg/g in the sample J (Norseen) .It was also noted that the samples H (whitening speckle removing day cream) and K (whitening speckle removing night cream) did not mention in the label significance the name of the country of origin and date of the validity of the product.

The research aimed to prepare an educational bag to teach some offensive skills in the epee weapon. And to find out the effect of using the proposed educational bag on the level of learning some offensive skills in the epee weapon. We hypothesized that the proposed educational package has a positive impact on the level of learning some offensive skills with the epee weapon. There were statistically significant differences in testing the level of learning some offensive skills with the epee weapon between the post-tests of the experimental and control groups

and in favor of the experimental group. The researchers used the experimental method to suit the nature of solving the research problem

and the research sample was chosen intentionally from the girls’ fencing club players (beginners) in the governorate. Basra for the year 2005. The number of players was (16)

which represented the entire study population. The experiment was conducted in the sports hall of the South Oil Sports Club in Basra. We concluded that the educational package has a positive impact on the level of learning some offensive skills in the epee weapon. There were statistically significant differences in the learning level test for some offensive skills in the epee weapon between the experimental group and the control group in the post-tests and in favor of the experimental group. We recommended the necessity of using the proposed educational curriculum to learn some offensive skills in the epee weapon in fencing lessons or in sports clubs. The research involved a rapid, automated and highly accurate developed CFIA/MZ technique for estimation of phenylephrine hydrochloride (PHE) in pure, dosage forms and biological sample. This method is based on oxidative coupling reaction of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) with PHE in existence of sodium periodate as oxidizing agent in alkaline medium to form a red colored product at ʎ_max)520 nm (. A flow rate of 4.3 mL.min^-1 using distilled water as a carrier, the method of FIA proved to be as a sensitive and economic analytical tool for estimation of PHE.

Within the concentration range of 5-300 μg.mL^-1, a calibration curve was rectilinear, where the detection limit was 3.252 μg.mL

This study includes applying chemical tests on cow, sheep and chicken bones including both hallow and flat. The results of chemical tests on bones mentioned the moisture percentage which was between 4.95-7.32 %, and it was noticed the difference in protein percentage among different kinds of bones, The highest protien percentage was 39.62 % in hallow chicken bones and the lowest was in hallow sheep bones 20.31%, at the same time, the highest Ash percentage was in hallow sheep bones48.11% , whereas the highest percentage of fat was in hallow cow bones 30%. The study is concern on determine the effect of different temperatures (25, 28, 30 and 370C), and different pH values (4.5, 5.5, 6 and 8) on the radial growth (mm) of 15 dermatophyte isolates (Microsporum canis 7, Trichophyton rubrum 5, Trichophyton mentagropyhtes 3). The specimens for the current study were collected from nail infections in patients with different type of leukemia whom admitted at Baghdad Educational Hospital, 7th floor. The result revels that the optimum temperature for radial growth was 300C then 280C for all isolates, while the optimum pH for all isolates was 6.
