That this research modest attempt we tried through which to focus on the way to the consumer behavior of arrived right, as we tried to highlight the weaknesses and the complexity of the procedure to be followed by the consumer, we hope to pay attention her Iraqi legislator and Atlavaha as soon as possible After activating the work of consumer protection to provide safe and effective protection of the Iraqi consumer law.

For gathering the required data, a questionnaire has been designed and distributed to the faculty members of community colleges at King Khalid University in a random sample method. This study reports the fabrication of tin oxide (SnO2) thin films using pulsed laser deposition (PLD).
