Active compounds were extracted from Anethum gravoelens to produce safety vegetable treat for diabetic, the results showed that alcoholic extract of Anethum gravoelens contain Alkaloid, glycosides, phenols, resins, saponins, coumarins, flavonoide, terpenes, steroids and volatile oils. after that it was studied the effect of alcoholic extract at dose 50, 100 mg/kg of body weight in reduced glucose level in serum of diabetic rats induced by alloxan, after the end of experiment for period 30 days the rats fasting 12 hours to measure the level of glucose in serum, the result showed asignificant decrease in serum glucose level of rats treated with extract in comparison with positive group (alloxan), So biochemical tests showed significant decrease in total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), Low density lipoprotein (LDL) level in serum of rats treated with extract, also the results showed significant increase in high density lipoprotein (HDL) level in serum of rats treated with extract in comparison with positive group (alloxan).

Random laser gain media is synthesized with different types of dye at the same concentration (1×10-3 M) as an active material and silicon dioxide NPs (silica SiO2) as scatter centers through the Sol-Gel technique. The prepared samples are tested with UV–Vis spectroscopy, Fluorescence Spectroscopy, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), and Energy Dispersive X-ray Diffraction (EDX). This work describes the effect of temperature on the phase transformation of titanium dioxide (TiO2) prepared using metal organic precursors as starting materials. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to investigate the structural properties of TiO2 gels calcined at different temperatures (300, 500, 700) ?C. the results showed that the samples have typical peaks of TiO2 polycrystalline brookite nanopowders after calcined at (300 ?C), which confirmed by (111), (121), (200), (012), (131), (220), (040), (231), (132) and (232) diffraction peaks. The antioxidant and antibacterial activities of ethanolic extract and phenolic compounds extract of Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) and Oregano (Oreganum vulgare) plants were studied; the phenolic content and the relationship between these compounds and the above activities were also investigated.
