A streptococci has recognized as Streptococcus spp., associate with acute pharyngitis. S. pyogenes infection Has detected in the Hospital and Health Center in Tikrit city. Throat swabs sample has obtained and cultured on a sheep blood agar plate. Identification of S. pyogenes was performed by using the VITEK 2 automatic system. It detected of 50 samples from children included 25 were positive for S. pyogenes infection. were aged 10-35 years old and included 30 male and 20 female. . While 25 sample Negative of S. pyogenes infection (The control group included 25 clinically healthy children without S. pyogenes infection matched for age and sex with cases pateints). No significant differences was reported between tonsillitis patients and healthy control in terms of Complement 4 proteins (33.21 ±14.18726 , 35.57±15.56254) , C3 (268.5±14.34 , 146.06±17.83) although increased complement level in patient group. The present study revealed no significant decrease levels of C4 of tonsillitis patients with negative ASOT than those with positive. the disease duration and ASOT have significant effect on CRP and complements components serum levels in patients with tonsillitis.

Three hundred samples of washing water of vegetables were collected from women aged ( 15- 6o) years from different area in Baghdad governorate and its suburbs include two rural area ( Jaddria in Baghdad university and Al –Wagif in Rashdia) and two urbane area (Mansoure and Escan) . In this research, a selection of some mineral water was selected on the basis of being the most marketed by the owners of shops in Najaf province, with six types, where daily samples of this water were taken by 50 ml for two months from (1/11/2018 -1/1/2019). The following ions concentrations were measured (Br-, Cl-, F-, NO3-, SO42-, Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+), pH and the electrical conductivity were measured and the results were compared with the allowable rates according to the international organizations. It was noted that they conform to international and Iraqi standards.
The study was carried out to study the quality of 7 samples of imported frozen chicken that are available in locally markets. These samples were collected from Baghdad markets in June 2010. The results were showed that the all samples were not content the name of company and batch number one the labeling, while the microbial test refer to found contamination in all samples, but it in the limited of Iraqi standers specification for frozen chicken, also note Staphylococcus aureus in all samples, the samples C1 and C2 have Salmonella ohio, while not observe Coliform bacteria in all samples.
