Analytical descriptive in the theoretical side, through the use of a number of literature from scientific sources (books, research and studies published in Arab and foreign magazines) was also relied on the methodology of the case study in the practical side, Data collection using the questionnaire tool, which was designed using the triangular Likert scale, consists of (40) questions, which were answered by a number of advanced cadres in the management of the company consisting of (60) individuals as a deliberate sample (intentional) Requires a high level of understanding and comprehension in dealing with the paragraphs of the questionnaire, the statistical program (Spss - 24) was used to reach the answer to the questions and hypotheses presented. The study concluded with a number of conclusions and recommendations that concern the promotion of positive trends and the need for them to receive sufficient support and protection of their products And build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and patients, because they are the basis for the decision making process and the preference for a product without another product.
