Abstract

The aim of the current research is to prepare an integrated learning program based on mathematics standards for the next generation of the NYS and to investigate its impact on the development of the teaching performance of middle school mathematics teachers and the future thinking skills of their students. The research sought to identify the objective trends of postgraduate students at the College of Political Science - University of Baghdad for the period from 2000-2012 through the objective trends of university theses and dissertations and what are the most and least studied topics, with a re-adjustment of previously studied topics towards topics that serve issues of concern to society and avoiding topics that have been studied a lot to avoid repetition. The most important recommendations of this research are:-

1.The benefit of the other countries experiences about the transparency of the government performance, without depending on the transparency that imitating the other experiences; that may not fit with the Iraqi government units.

2.The Ministry of Finance has to prepare the citizen guidebook about the government performance which is considered an essential document, it should be simple and available for all the parties of relation; and for not specialized citizen for the purpose of simplifying the understanding of government performance details.

A total number of 68 water samples was revealed 20 isolates being Staphylococcus aureus. This work aimed to use conventional PCR to identify Salmonella‎ spp. that ‎were isolated from diarrheal children and healthy and diarrheic dogs based on four ‎virulence genes, hilA, stn, spvR‎, and marT. Sixteen Salmonella‎ isolates including: 9 ‎isolated from children's diarrhea from three species (S. Typhimurium, S. Enteritidis, S. ‎Typhi) and seven isolated from dogs including (S. Typhimurium, S.
