Baghdad, one of Iraq’s most crowded cities, faces severe air pollution caused by rapid population growth, dense traffic, and limited green spaces. Monitoring at five sites in Al-Rusafa during 2024–2025 showed that pollutant levels, especially PM₁₀, PM₂.₅, and TSP, exceed national and global limits. The most polluted areas lacked vegetation and had heavy traffic, while greener zones showed lower concentrations. Seasonal variations were evident: winter had the highest pollution, summer the lowest but with greater plant stress. This presented study is to make comparison of cross sections to produce 71As, 72As, 73As and 74As via different reactions with particle incident energy up to 60 MeV of alpha 100 MeV of proton as a part of systematic studies on particle-induced activations on enriched Ge, Ga, Rb and Nb targets and neutron capture. Theoretical calculation of production yield, and suggestion of optimum reaction to produce 71As, 72As, 73As and 74As, based on the main published and approved experimental results of excitation functions were calculated.

The internationalization of the Libyan crisis and its accompanying militarization of the conflict have played a vital role in hindering to reach a comprehensive political settlement solution in Libya. The increasing international greediness in the Libyan energy resources and the geopolitical importance of the Libyan State led to the involvement of many international and regional powers in this crisis and transformed the Libyan crisis into “proxy war”.  Moreover, the Turkish direct military intervention in the Libyan crisis is considered as one of the main constraints facing the international and regional efforts to settle the Libyan crisis as a result of the Turkish insistence on its military existence in Libya to preserve i
