Objectives: This Paper is an attempt to evaluate the services provided by the private hospitals
and to identify the strength and weakness in
their performance The results can be utilized in stating conclusion and recommendations to improve
and activate the role of private medical sector in society .
Methodology: A questionnaire has be designed for this purpose and distributed to ( 132 ) beneficiaries
mostly from Baghdad private hospitals .

Background : The kidneys may be injured in abdominal trauma, both blunt & penetrating. Renal trauma may manifest in a dramatic fashion for both the patient and the clinician. Objectives: To evaluate the incidence, management, morbidity &mortality of renal injury in blunt & penetrating abdominal trauma.
Results:The majority o f patients were males (35= 77.8%), the rest were females (10= 22.2%). The average age was 37 years (range= 18-56 years). The most common grades were grade1, grade2 and grade3 (40=88.9%), while 5 patients (11.1%) were grades 4 and 5.The most common associated injuries were liver, spleen, small & large bowels and diaphragm. The research aims to characterize the strategic plan of the Educational Professional Development Center, to reveal the most important training needs for teachers from this center, to reveal the extent to which this center meets those needs, and to identify the differences between teacher responses about the degree of importance, availability of those needs according to variables of sex, specialization, and years of experience. This descriptive study adopted a questionnaire applied to (256) teachers in the K.S.A. The results of the study showed that all training needs ranged in the degree of importance from large to very large and that the most important were the skills associated with communicating with members of the learning community.

In this work, substantial evidence was obtained for ligand reduction in cerium tetrakis acac complexes. Also, this ligand reduction of a negatively charged ligand proved to depend far less on the nature central metal than neutral ligands does. It is supposed that in Mz(acac)z complexes the charge is distributed evenly over the whole molecule. In this work these complexes were prepared and characterized by IR and CHN analysis to indicate the purities of these complexes. A high-performance liquid chromatography method was employed for the quantitative determination of ascorbic acid (AA) which called vitamin C in three types of Iraqi citrus (orange mandarin and aurantium ) and to establish this goal , evaluation of ascorbic acid degradation is so important due to its significant criticality when exposure to ordinary atmospheric conditions. The bile salt hydrolase gene (bshA), encoding bile salt hydrolase enzyme (EC 3.5.1.24) from probiotic isolate Lactobacillus acidophilus Ar strain which is responsible for assimilation cholesterol were studied in the present work. About 801 bp in length DNA fragment of Lb. acidophilus Ar strain was amplified by PCR techniques. Two restriction sites (PstI/SacI) were added to each end of that fragment for manipulation of DNA during cloning. Amplified fragment inserted into pJET1.2\blunt end vector and pMG36e vector respectively. pJET1.2\blunt end vector is overexpression plasmid for E. coli MC1022, and pMG36e vector is a shuttle vector which is able to replicate in both E. coli and lactic acid bacteria.
