L-arabinose isomerase from Escherichia coli O157:H7 Was immobilized with activated Bentonite from local markets of Baghdad, Iraq by 10% 3-APTES and treated with 10% aqueous glutaraldehyde, the results refer that the yield of immobilization was 89%, and pH profile of free and immobilized L-arabinose isomerase was 7 and 7.5 and it is stable at 6-8 for 60 min respectively, while, the optimum temperature was 30 and 35°C and it was stable at 35 and 40°C for 60 min but it loses more than 60 and 30% from its original activity at 50°C for free and immobilized L-arabinose isomerase respectively. Immobilized enzyme retained its full activity for 32 day, but it retained 73.58% of its original activity after storage for 60 d

In the lifetime process in some systems, most data cannot belong to one single population. In fact, it can represent several subpopulations. In such a case, the known distribution cannot be used to model data. Instead, a mixture of distribution is used to modulate the data and classify them into several subgroups. Different coating layers of fluorescent agent (FCA) on the solar cells were used. An increase of 35% in the energy conversion efficiency of the solar cell have been obtained. This increase is attributed to the reduction ofthe reflected light, eflection spectra show low values at higher thickness which explained the increase ofthe conversion efficiency with increases of layer thickness.

In this study, phosphorescence analysis (KPA) is used for determining soil collected from the Tigris River from Al- Karrada and Bab Al-Sharq in Baghdad and samples were taken from rainwater collected from Al-Rashad, Al-Obeidi, Al-Dora and Al-Sadr City in Baghdad. The measurements were carried out by the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment, in the Radiation Protection Center. The collection, removal and evaporation of the samples ranged from January to the end of March 2018. The CdSe pure films and doping with Cu (0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 4.0wt%) of thickness 0.9μm have been prepared by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrate. Annealing for all the prepared films have been achieved at 523K in vacuum to get good properties of the films. The effect of Cu concentration on some of the electrical properties such as D.C conductivity and Hall effect has been studied.
It has been found that the increase in Cu concentration caused increase in d.c conductivity for pure CdSe 3.75×10-4(Ω.cm)-1 at room temperatures to maximum value of 0.769(Ω.cm)-1 for 4wt%Cu.All films have shown two activation energies, where these value decreases with increasing doping ratio.
