Background: Acute cholecystitis is common surgical
problem, which was treated previously by conservative
treatment .Later early open has been introduced as an
alternative to interval for treatment of acute cholecystitis.
Early open was found to be a safe, successful with
comparable postoperative complication rate. With the
advent of laparoscopy laparoscopic have been used for
chronic cholecystitis and became the first line of
treatment. New reports have shown that laparoscopic can
be used as an alternative to open for surgical treatment of
acute cholecystitis.
Objectives: to compare the success, safety of early
laparoscopic versus early open as a primary treatment of
acute cholecystitis.
Methods: out of 68 patients were treated for clinical
acute cholecystitis between January 2002 and February
2004 in the department of surgery, at Al – Kindy teaching
hospital. A total of 62 patients underwent early for acute
cholecystitis as soon as possible after diagnosis. The
preferred preoperative imaging technique was ultrasound.
30 (48.3%) of the operations were attempted
laparoscopically, whereas the remaining 32 patients
(51.7%) underwent initial open .
Results: The mean operative time for the open cases
was 75 minutes versus 60 minutes for the laparoscopic
group. There was no perioperative mortality in either
group. The incidence of conversion to open was 10% (3
patients). Surgical complications related to laparoscopic
and open occurred in 2 (6.6%) and 3 (9.3%) cases,
respectively. There was no difference between the open
and laparoscopic groups in regard to the major
postoperative complications.
Conclusion: The current study shows that early
(whether performed by open or laparoscopically) is a
safe and effective treatment for acute cholecystitis. Low
conversion rates can be maintained with strict guidelines
for appropriate patient selection, adequate experience,
and proper laparoscopic technique.
Bacteria could produce bacterial nanocellulose through a procedure steps: polymerization and crystallization, that occur in the cytoplasm of the bacteria, the residues of glucose polymerize to (β-1,4) lineal glucan chains that produced from bacterial cell extracellularly, these lineal glucan are converted to microfbrils, after that these microfbrils collected together to shape very pure three dimensional pored net. It could be obtained a pure cellulose that created by some M.O, from the one of the active producer organism like Acetic acid bacteria (AAB), that it is a gram -ve, motile and live in aerobic condition. The bacterial nanocellulose (BNC) have great consideration in many fields because of its flexible properties, features

During the 100 year, there are 1236 period of synodicmonths. We found that the when New Moon occurs near perigee (meananomaly = 0°), the length of the synodic month at a minimum.Similarly, when New Moon occurs near apogee (mean anomaly =180°), the length of the synodic month reaches a maximum. Show More<p>Mobility management protocols are very essential in the new research area of Internet of Things (IoT) as the static attributes of nodes are no longer dominant in the current environment. Proxy MIPv6 (PMIPv6) protocol is a network-based mobility management protocol, where the mobility process is relied on the network entities, named, Mobile Access Gateways (MAGs) and Local Mobility Anchor (LMA). PMIPv6 is considered as the most suitable mobility protocol for WSN as it relieves the sensor nodes from participating in the mobility signaling. However, in PMIPv6, a separate signaling is required for each mobile node (MN) registration, which may increase the network signaling overhead and lead to increase the total handoff latency

The research aims to propose a management system for construction practices which could be adopted during constructing different types of sustainable buildings besides formulating flowcharts which clarify the required whole phases of sustainable buildings life cycle. The research includes two parts: theoretical part which generally ,handles the sustainability concepts at construction i
