Background: The incidence of maternal mortality in
placenta previa accrete is 7%,and its preoperative
diagnosis is of a great value.
Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of transabdominal
color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing placenta
previa accreta and inccreta. Color Doppler imaging
criteria used in: includes diffuse parenchymal
placental lacunar flow, focal intra parenchymal
placental lacunar flow and bladder uterine serosa
interphase hyper-vascularity.
Design: Prospective study on patients from
January2007 to January 2008.
Patients and method: 48patients with one caesarean
section or more and with persistent anterior placenta
previa diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound were
examined by color Doppler at 32 or more weeks of
gestation to determine the possibility of myometrial
invasion depending on the above color Doppler
criteria.
Results: Out of 48 patients eleven exhibited
characteristic Doppler imaging pattern highly specific
for placenta accreta and inccreta according to
preceding criteria , one patient had false positive color
Doppler imaging result, 5 patients underwent
caesarian hysterectomy , the remaining five were
treated conservatively by uterine artery ligation and
other conservative measures because of bleeding
from the lower uterine segment.
Conclusion Color Doppler sonography is highly
sensitive and
specific in the antenatal diagnosis of placenta previa
accreta .If a strong suspicion is found before delivery
,appropriate location and timing for delivery should be
considered ,to allow access to adequate surgical
personel and equipment ,preoperative blood
preparation to reduce morbidity and mortality.

Plant biostimulants like honey bee (HB) and silymarin (Sm) are a strategic trend for managing stressed crops by promoting nutritional and hormonal balance, regulating osmotic protectors, antioxidants, and genetic potential, reflecting plant growth and productivity. We applied diluted honey bee (HB) and silymarin-enriched honey bee (HB- Sm) as foliar nourishment to investigate their improving influences on growth, yield, nutritional and hormonal balance, various osmoprotectant levels, different components of antioxidant system, and genetic p

Resveratrol (RES), a polyphenolic stilbene, is known to control asthmatic attacks via different molecular mechanisms. However, no studies have examined the effect of resveratrol on the microbiome in the ovalbumin (OVA)-induced asthma mouse model. In this study, we induced asthma in BALB/c mice by injecting OVA followed by 7 days treatment with RES. Plethysmography showed that the expiratory resistance in the lung tissue was significantly reduced in the RES treated group, while mean volume, peak expiratory flow, and frequency of respiration was increased. Background: Restoration of root canal treated teeth with a permanent restoration affect in the success of endodontically treated teeth. This in vitro study was performed to evaluate and compare the fracture strength of endodontically treated teeth restored by using custom made zirconium posts and cores, prefabricated carbon fiber, glass fiber and zirconium ceramic posts. Materials and method: Forty intact human mandibular second premolars were collected for this study and were divided into five groups. Each group contains 8 specimens: Group1: Teeth restored with Carbon Fiber Posts; Group2: Teeth restored with Glass Fiber Posts; Group3: Teeth restored with Zirconium Ceramic prefabricated Posts; Group4: Teeth restored with Zirconium Posts

An experiment was carried out in the vegetables field of Horticulture Department / College of Agriculture / Baghdad University , for the three seasons : spring and Autumn of 2005 , and spring of 2007 , to study the type of gene action in some traits of yield and its components in summer squash crosses (4 x 3 = cross 1 , 3 x 7 = cross 2 , 3 x 4 = cross 3 , 3 x 5 = cross 4 , 5 x 1 = cross 5 , 5 x 2 = cross 6). The study followed generation mean analysis method which included to each cross (P1 , P2 , F1 , F2 , Bc1P1 , Bc1P2) , and those populations obtained by hybridization during the first and second seasons. Experimental comparison was performed in the second (Two crosses only) and third seasons , (four crosses) by using RCBD with three repl

The writer's starting point is that people are similar in feelings but different in behavior. He severely criticized the aristocratic class and uncovered its defects and faults.
The novelist presents Courege's family as an example of the aristocratic class. It is a family torn by hatred, selfishness and disagreements due to absence of intimacy and love. This poisoned environment pushes the father and his son, Raymond, to search away for emotional ventures and banned relations

The influence of process variables which include initial pH (2.0-12.0), wastewater conductivity (0.8 -12.57) mS/cm , initial dye concentration (30 -210) mg/L, electrolysis time (3-12) min, current density (10-50) mA/cm2 were studied in order to maximize the color removal from wastewater. Experimental results showed that the color removal yield increases with increasing pH until pH 6.0 after that it decreased with increasing pH. The color removal increased with increasing current density, wastewater conductivity, electrolysis time, and decreased with increasing the concen
