This paper presents comprehensive analysis and investigation for 1550nm and 1310nm ring optical modulators employing an electro-optic polymer infiltrated silicon-plasmonic hybrid phase shifter. The paper falls into two parts which introduce a theoretical modeling framework and performance assessment of these advanced modulators, respectively. In this part, analytical expressions are derived to characterize the coupling effect in the hybrid phase shifter, transmission function of the modulator, and modulator performance parameters. In this paper, a procedure to establish the different performance measures in terms of crisp value is proposed for two classes of arrivals and multiple channel queueing models, where both arrival and service rate are fuzzy numbers. The main idea is to convert the arrival rates and service rates under fuzzy queues into crisp queues by using graded mean integration approach, which can be represented as median rule number. A phytoremediation experiment was carried out with kerosene as a model for total petroleum hydrocarbons. A constructed wetland of barley was exposed to kerosene pollutants at varying concentrations (1, 2, and 3% v/v) in a subsurface flow (SSF) system. After a period of 42 days of exposure, it was found that the average ability to eliminate kerosene ranged from 56.5% to 61.2%, with the highest removal obtained at a kerosene concentration of 1% v/v. The aim of the research is to prepare motor sense exercises for developing motor and physiological abilities of backstroke and forward stroke service skill in badminton and investigated their effect. The research is adopted the experimental method with two groups design. The sample of the research is 8 players (13-15 years). The sample is divided into two groups of 4 players for each group. Both groups are exposed to pre and post tests, after the experimented were finished, the results are statically analyzed. The results have showed that there are positive developing abilities of motor and physiological of service skill in badminton. Finally, these prepared exercises are recommended for developing players’ abilities in badminton.
