Summary:The anatomy of the arterial and venous vessels of the mammalian oviduct is well describedin women and in laboratory and farm animals. The arteries are derived from the ovarian anduterine stems; the relative contribution of these vessels, however, or variations in that contributionwith the menstrual or estrus cycle and/or gamete or embryo transport is unknown.

The present study aimed to investigate effect of Pregabalin (PGB) on ovary tissue and number of follicles in female albino rats. Three groups of healthy adult female albino rats, fifteen rats in each group were used in current study. The rats of groups, G2 and G3 were administered orally with two doses 150 mg and 300mg/kg b.wt/day of pregabalin, respectively. The doses were given daily for 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months. Bacteria strain H8, which produces high amount of exopolysaccharide (EPS), was isolated from soil, and identified as strain of Azotobacter chrococcum by its biochemical /physiological characteristics, EPS was extracted, partially purified and used as bioflocculant.
