In Order to Achieve Al The Aim The Research Choose a Systematic Random Sample of School Records For Students in Some Primary Schools in Karkh and Rusafa and Year of Study (2010-2015) and Size (40) Samples, included  (16) Variable , Collected in Form Prepared by The Research As a Way to Analyze The Data.

This research aims to examine the role of global green finance as a critical driver of both economic and environmental sustainability within small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises (SMEs) in Iraq. Utilizing a convergent mixed-methods framework, the study integrates qualitative interviews with key stakeholders and a quantitative survey of 300 agricultural SMEs to assess the barriers, enablers, and institutional conditions influencing the adoption of green finance. Accordingly its binudear Mn(II),Co(II),Ni(II),Pd(II) and VO(II) complexes were prepared.. These compounds have been characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis,Mass, 1H-NMR spectra, TGA curve, Chloride containing ,Molar conductance and atomic absorption.
