يهدف البحث الحالي الى استكشاف علاقات التفاعل والتاثير بين الاحتكام للمكانة والتوجه للفردية– الجماعية والدمج التنظيمي مستنداً على مزج اختلاف القيم الشخصية مع افكار نظرية الهوية الاجتماعية لبلورة نموذج البحث. وفي ضوء هذا تم صياغة عدد من الفرضيات التي توضح علاقات التفاعل ما بين ابعاد الاحتكام للمكانة والتوجه للفردية– الجماعية للتنبؤ بوجود الدمج التنظيمي. جمعت البيانات باستخدام استمارة الاستبيان ووزعت على الكادر التدريسي والوظيفي في كلية الادارة والاقتصاد/ جامعة كربلاء شملت 112 فرد. وقد اشارت ابرز النتائج الى ان الافراد الذين يتصفون بالجماعية يزداد اندماجهم بالمنظمة عندما يدركون المكانة الخارجية، في حين ان الافراد الذين يتصفون بالفردية يزداد اندماجهم عندما يشعرون بالاحترام الداخلي. وبالاعتماد على هذه النتائج صيغت عدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي تهدف الى تعزيز الدمج التنظيمي لدى الافراد عينة البحث من خلال تعزيز هويتهم الشخصية والاجتماعية على ضوء الاختلاف في قيمهم الشخصية.
Sesame crop, one of the very important oily, industrial, and summer crops that is economically important, has been investigated. The plantation and production of this crop has been studied in Al-Qadisiyah governorate during 2003-218. This is because this governorate is well-known by sesame plantation. Show MoreIn this research, the influence of the fermentation treatments and baking in Iraqi’s flour type (Ibaa 99, Al-rashed, Tamus, Abu-grabe) and Turkish flour type (Muaamel) on phytic acid was investigated. In whole wheat flour, the phytic acid was (1500, 1290, 1450, 1230, 1440 ( mg/ 100 g flour respectively, and the inorganic phosphorous was (29.18, 25.15, 23.89, 20.85, 22.83) mg/100 g flour respectively. The dough prepared from flour with a higher phytic acid content also contained higher amount of phytic acid. During fermentation, degradation of phytic acid occurred.
