Began the process of re-engineering processes in the private sector as a way to assist organizations in re-thinking how to run the business in order to improve production processes and reduce operational cost, to get to compete on a global level. That was a major restructuring by further evolution in the use of technology to support innovative operations.

Entered the technology in all areas of life and different regulations, This led to use as a change in all aspects The companies achieved success and progress today through the use of resources so as to ensure the wishes of the customers and their needs, and the requirements of the market primarily, Which is reflected on the basis of building strategies, Has enjoined accelerated changes in business environments and the intensity of competition on the companies follow the modern strategies to achieve excellence and development of these companies.  Was chosen model of research and hypotheses using statistical methods in the treatment of multiple data collected using a questionnaire  Promised that the main tool explaining aspects of the relationship  Between the first two variables are important techniques to reduce costs The second re-engineering processes, through a series of questions to a number of sub-elements, and used for the purposes of analyzing the form of the program (SPSS) by identifying mean, median, standard deviation and coefficient of correlation and linear regression. The research found a total of conclusions, including:

  1. affect technology morally and dramatically Mtgier search techniques to reduce costs and re-engineering processes.
  2. that human resources backed financially and morally qualified and well-trained and capable of innovation and excellence Face fullest.

3 to achieve lower costs should determine the practical steps that must be followed, methods and techniques that can be used

Enhancement of Photoconductive Detector Based on Carbon Nanotubes Decorated with Silver Nanoparticles by Adding Conductive Polymer
...Show More Authors

In this work, wide band range photo detector operating in UV, Visible and IR was fabricated using carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs, SWCNTs) decorated with silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs). Silicon was used as a substrate to deposited CNTs/Ag NPs by the drop casting technique. Polyamide nylon polymer was used to coat CNTs/Ag NPs to enhance the photo-response of the detector. The electro-exploding wire technology was used to synthesize Ag NPs. Good dispersion of silver NPs achieved by a simple chemistry process on the surface of CNTs. The optical, structure and electrical characteristic of CNTs decorated with Ag NPs were characterized by X-Ray diffraction and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy.  X-ray diffra

Effect of Aluminum Dust Particles on Plasma Parameters at Different Gas Pressure with Different Dust Contents
...Show More Authors

In this work, the effect of aluminum (Al) dust particles on the DC discharge plasma properties in argon was investigated. A magnetron is placed behind the cathode at different pressures and with varying amounts of Al. The plasma temperature (Te) and density (ne) were calculated using the Boltzmann equation and Stark broadening phenomena, which are considered the most important plasma variables through which the other plasma parameters were calculated. The measurements showed that the emission intensity decreases with increasing pressure from 0.06 to 0.4 Torr, and it slightly decreases with the addition of the NPs. The calculations showed that the ne increased and Te decreased with pressure. Both Te and ne were reduced by increasing

Detection of Zn Water Pollution by a Biosensor Based on Alkaloids Derived from Iraqi Catharanthus Roseus
...Show More Authors

In this work, the detection of zinc (Zn) ions that cause water pollution is studied using the CSNPs- Linker-alkaloids compound that was prepared by linking extracted alkaloids from Iraqi Catharanthus roseus plant with Chitosan nanoparticles (CSNPs) using maleic anhydride. This compound is characterized by an X-ray diffractometer (XRD) which shows that it has an orthorhombic structure with crystallite size in the nano dimension. Zeta Potential results show that the CSNPs-Linker-alkaloids carried a positive charge of 54.4 mV, which means it possesses high stability.  The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) shows a new distinct band at 1708.93 cm-1 due to C=O esterification. Recovery of methyl orange from aqueous solutions by bulk liquid membrane process facilitated with anionic carrier
...Show More Authors

Dyes are extensively water-soluble and toxic chemicals. The disposing of wastewater rich with such chemicals has severely impacted surface water quality (rivers and lakes). In the current study, an anionic dye, methyl orange, were extracted from wastewater fluids using bulk liquid membranes supplemented with an anionic carrier (Aliquat 336 (QCI)). Parameters including solvent type (carbon tetrachloride and chloroform), membrane stirring speed (100-250 rpm), mixing speed of both phases (50-100 rpm), The feed pH (2-12) and implemented temperature (35-60 °C) were thoroughly analyzed to determine the effect of such variables on extraction effectiveness. Furthermore, the effect of methyl orange (10-50 ppm) in the feed stage and NaOH (0

Constructing a Sustainable Roller Compacted Concrete Using Waste Demolished Material as Replacement of Cement: A Review
...Show More Authors

Roller Compacted Concrete is a type of concrete that is environmentally friendly and more economical than traditional concrete. Roller Compacted Concrete is typically used for heavy-duty and specialist constructions, such as hydraulic structures and pavements, because of its coarse surface. The main difference between RCC and conventional concrete mixtures is that RCC has a more significant proportion of fine aggregates that allow compaction and tight packing. In recent years, it has been estimated that several million tons of waste demolished material (WDM) produced each year are directed to landfills worldwide without being recycled for disposal. This review aimed to study the literature about creating a Roller-Comp

Solving linear fractional Fredholm integro-differential equations using linear programming method via different types of polynomials
...Show More Authors

This article introduces a novel procedure to detect an approximate solution to Fredholm fractional integro-differential equations with linear type (LFFIDE) defined using Caputo fractional derivative. The new procedure approximates the solution using three types of polynomials: Laguerre polynomials, Hermite polynomials, and Legendre polynomials, thereafter transforming the problem into a linear programming problem. The approximate solutions are compared using testing examples to examine the efficiency of the suggested approach. Also, a comparison with the other methods using the same polynomials illustrates The effectiveness and consistency of the proposed technique. Finally, the error analysis of the proposed technique and convergent are di
