The effect of Analysis of internal environment in the quality of health care service survey study at AL_Elwiya Maternity Teaching Hospital
...Show More Authors

he current research aims at showing the correlation and effect of the internal environment analysis in the quality of health service in AL_Elwiya Maternity Teaching Hospital, researcher depended on the integral method in the "analytical descriptive method" for the study of the relation between the main variables and the sub-variables throughout data collection required by the theme of this study, a case study" in tackling the data and information related to the financial aspects of the internal environment.

The problem of the study was manifested in the essential question, that is (is there internal structure analysis in the quality of health service). The present study aims at the application of internal structure analysis in the quality of health service.

The researcher depended on a number of statistical methods, which are, arithmetic medium, percentile rate, standard deviation to gauge the level of ample agreement and scattering, also such means like Correlation Coefficient, simple linear decline. In order to test the two test the two hypothesis of the study in relation to the effect and the ratio and to diagnose the financial dimension and the reflection of improvement in the quality of health service.

The result of study display and analysis showed a number of conclusion the most important relation and the effect of the internal environment in the internal structure analysis in the quality of health service of the sample. The most important of the recommendations is that Al- Elwiya Mat. Hospital should adopt the modern style and apply them in management (TQC, SIC, and the constant improvement). In order to improve the quality of health service in addition to the management of hospital of the sample in the factors of internal structure and its effect of the quality.

Collagen Degradation and Prolidase Activity and Relation to Mineral Homeostasis in Iraqi Vitiligo Patients
...Show More Authors

Vitiligo is a common depigmenting skin disorder classified as an autoimmune ailment. It is linked to immune mechanisms, oxidative stress, and disturbances in the cellular environment. Among the factors contributing to histological changes, proteolytic enzymes such as collagenase stand out, due to their role in degrading components of the extracellular matrix. Prolidase is a key enzyme in collagen metabolism, involved in the breakdown of proline-rich peptides. Objective: This study aims to investigate the mechanism of collagen decline in Iraqi vitiligo patients, prolidase activity and basic homeostasis to understand their roles in disease progression. This study was conducted as a cross-sectional comparative study, and 150 p

AI-Driven Auditing and Customer Experience in Global Audit Firms Towards Enhancing Digital Trust
...Show More Authors

This chapter explores artificial intelligence (AI) auditing and its role in enhancing customer experience and building trust, reliability, and credibility in the digital marketing environment. It emphasizes the adoption and implementation of practices by global and international auditing firms such as Deloitte, PwC, Ernst & Young, and KPMG. The chapter employs a systematic review of academic literature and professional reports, analyzing studies related to AI applications in customer experience, algorithmic auditing practices, and AI governance frameworks. However, the chapter's findings reveal a research gap: the limited integration of AI auditing and customer experience in current literature. The chapter concludes by proposing

Local Scale Displacement Fields in Grains–Structure Interactions Under Cyclic Loading: Experiments and Simulations
...Show More Authors
Abstract
Soils encounter cyclic loading conditions in situ, for example during the earthquakes and in the construction sequences of pavements. Investigations on the local scale displacements of the soil grain and their failure patterns under the cyclic loading conditions are relatively scarce in the literature. In this study, the local displacement fields of a dense sand layer interacting with a rigid footing under the plane-strain condition are examined using both experiments and simulations. Three commonly used types of cyclic loading conditions were applied on the footing. Digital particle image velocimetry (DPIV) is used to measure the local scale displacement fields in the soil, and to understand the ev
... Show More

Frankincense Extract as Eco-Friendly Corrosion Inhibitor for Carbon Steel in 1M HCl Solution
...Show More Authors

Steel corrosion in acidic environments is a critical industrial challenge, necessitating effective yet eco-friendly inhibitors. This study aims to address this problem by introducing a novel, green alternative: frankincense extract (FE). The distinctive contribution of this work lies in the comprehensive investigation of FE natural, sustainable, and economically viable resin as an effective corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in 1 M HCl. The research employs an integrated methodology, including electrochemical techniques (potentiodynamic polarization (PDP) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)), adsorption isotherm modeling, surface analysis (FT-IR and FESEM/EDX), and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Key res

Cytotoxic and Antibacterial Activity of Yttrium Oxide Nanoparticle Y2O3 Against Serratia Fonticuli and Citrobacter Kasseri Isolated fFrom Cholangitis Patients
...Show More Authors

The rise of antibiotic-resistant bacteria necessitates the exploration of novel antimicrobial agents. Yttrium oxide nanoparticles (Y₂O₃) have shown potential due to their unique physicochemical properties and antibacterial activities against various pathogens. This study investigates the cytotoxic and antibacterial effects of Y₂O₃ nanoparticles against Serratia fonticuli and Citrobacter koseri, bacteria isolated from cholangitis patients. Bacterial strains were isolated from bile specimens and confirmed using standard microbiological techniques. The methods of X-ray diffraction (XRD), (SEM), and Frequency transform-infrared spectroscopic (FT-IR) were used to characterize YO₃ particles. Using a microdilution technique, the minimum

Measurements of radon, thoron and their progeny concentrations using twin cup dosimeter for indoor Al-Madaan city – Baghdad – Iraq
...Show More Authors

In this study, the activity concentrations of indoor radon, thoron
and their progeny have been measured in air for 61 different
locations of Al-Maddan city using twin cup dosimeter. Furthermore,
some useful parameters concerning the health hazards have been
estimated; working level month (WLM), annual effective dose (Eff),
and excess lung cancer per million person per year (ELC).The results
show that the values of radon gas levels in the investigated districts
varied from 56.28 to 194.43Bq/m3with an overall average value
132.96Bq/m3, while 0.313 to 1.085 for WLM with an overall average
0.740, respectively. The value of Eff and ELC have been found to
vary from 1.420 to 4.918 mSv/y with an overall average valu
