Improving the Effectiveness of Internal Control System In Accordance with COSO Model

        The research aims to improve the effectiveness of internal control system according to a model COSO, by identifying the availability of system components according to the model and then improve the effectiveness of each component by focusing on areas for improvement in each component, as it was addressed to a model COSO and then Maamth with the environment, the current Iraqi by introducing some improvements on the form of some mechanisms of corporate governance of the Council of Directors, and senior management, the Audit Committee, Committee appointments, especially that supplies application available in the laws and legislation, the current Iraqi, taking into consideration to make some modifications to become parallel to those systems in place in the developed world (U.S., EU countries and others), especially since Iraq is a country open to the world.

      The most important conclusions reached by the research:  
1. The requirements apply some mechanisms of corporate governance and of (the Board of Directors and senior management and Internal Audit Committee and the Committee on Appointments) are available through the provided materials, the Companies Act regarding the composition of the board members of executive and non-executives, which facilitates the formation of the Audit Committee and the Committee on Appointments, as is the formation of the Audit Committee members of the board of directors non-executive directors of the most important tools that contribute to improving the efficiency of the  internal control system and      its    effectiveness                                               

  1. The scope of the audit of internal change of focus on the financial aspects to include aspects of administrative, operational, and all aspects of activity and its contribution to value added per unit of confirmation through the provision of services and consulting.

Compounds of (ZnO)1-x(SnO 2 ) x were prepared with various proportions of tin oxide (SiO 2) (x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0) by mixing zinc oxide (ZnO) with highpurity tin oxide and then sintering the mixture in an oven at a temperature of 1000 °C for a period of 1 h. Psychological stability and its relationship to Integration University and spiritual intelligence among University students

The current research aimed to identify psychological stability and its relationship to university integration and spiritual intelligence among university students. The research sample consisted of (158) students from the College of Education - Al-Mustansiriya University.

A scale was applied: psychological stability, university integration, and spiritual intelligence,   and by using the (Pearson) correlation coefficient, and the t-test, the results showed: the sample members enjoy psychological stability, university integration, and spiritual intelligence, and there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the research variables, and the results resulted in some recommendations and proposals.

Hybrid(Luminescent and Fresnel ) Concentrators to Improve Solar Panel Conversion Efficiency

The spectral response of the Si solar cell does not coincidence with the sun irradiance spectrum, so the efficiency of the Si solar cell is not high. To improve the Si solar cell one try to make use of most region of the sun spectrum by using dyes which absorb un useful wavelengths and radiate at useful region of spectrum (by stock shift). Fluorescence's dye is used as luminescent concentrator to increase the efficiency of the solar cell. The results show that the performance efficiency and out power for crystalline silicon solar cells are improved.

Parabola Dish and Cassegrain Concentrators to Improve Solar Cell Conversion Efficiency

New designs of solar using ray tracing program, have been presented for improved the performance and the out put power of the silicon solar cell, as well as reducing the cost of system working by solar energy. Two dimensional solar concentrator (Fresnel lenses) and three dimensional concentrators (parabola dish and cassegrain) were used as concentrator for photovoltaic applications (CPV).
