The phenomenon of negative behavior has studied as a social and psychological phenomenon that effect on the performance and life of workers inside and outside the organization. The adoption of this phenomenon is studied in terms of the role of the internal environment of the organization in addressing this behavior, being the variables belong to the field of organizational behavior to see the results of those variables on the Iraqi organizations, since the specificities of it differ from the rest of the Arab and foreign environments. Therefore, this study focused on testing the relationship of the internal environment of the organization and its role in addressing the negative behavior of the workers.

this study came to tested the society of study that represented by (6) offices from the Offices of General Inspectors in the Iraqi Ministries. The sample includes (98) employees, the questionnaire used to collect data and analyzed paragraphs depending on the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS). The research has come to many conclusions, most notably is, the centralization govern the work of the surveyed Offices of General Inspectors. The workers cannot take the decision by themselves only by reference and in detail to senior management, in spite of knowing what must be done and the limited participation of workers in decision-making by the laws and regulations. The official and complexity limited the free movement of workers towards highlighting the skills and personal abilities that reflected on the functions of the office, standing in front of their ambitions and their inability to embrace new ideas. The administrative leadership affect the negative behaviors, and this shows that the leaders or administrative of offices have prominent role in the treatment of negative behaviors, as it put the plans, policies and programs. It can reflect the vision, philosophy and ideas in creating an appropriate internal environment and encourage their human resources to raise and interact with them and encouraging them to participate in the implementation of these ideas and visions, leading consequently to enhance the trend towards positive behaviors and to move away from the negative ones. The types of positive moral incentives increase the sense of relief and a desire work, as well as a sense of complacency about financial incentives that received being equal to employees in other organizations

An attempt to Stimulate lipids for Biodiesel Production from locally Isolated Microalgae in Iraq
...Show More Authors

Two locally isolated microalgae (Chlorella vulgaris Bejerinck and Nitzschia palea (Kützing) W. Smith) were used in the current study to test their ability to production biodiesel through stimulated in different nitrogen concentration treatments (0, 2, 4, 8 gl ), and effect of nitrogen concentration on the quantity of primary product (carbohydrate, protein ), also the quantity and quality of lipid. The results revealed that starvation of nitrogen led to high lipid yielding, in C. vulgaris and N. palea the lipid content increased from 6.6% to 40% and 40% to 60% of dry weight (DW) respectively. Also in C. vulgaris, the highest carbohydrate was 23% of DW from zero nitrate medium and the highest protein was 50% of DW in the treatment 8gl. Background: Although they are not life threatening, dental caries and periodontal disease are the most predominant and widely spread oral diseases throughout the world. Another most common dental problem seen in children is dental trauma. The aims of the study included the investigation of the prevalence and severity of dental caries, gingivitis and dental plaque in relation to gender, furthermore, the prevalence and severity of the traumatized anterior teeth were assessed. Materials and Methods: This oral health survey was conducted among primary school children aged 9 years old in Al-Diwaniyah city in Iraq. The total sample composed of 600 child (320 males and 280 females) selected randomly from different school in Al-Diwaniyah city. Dia

Graph-FEM/ML Framework for Inverse Load Identification in Thick-Walled Hyperelastic Pressure Vessels
...Show More Authors

The accurate identification of internal and external pressures in thick-walled hyperelastic vessels is a challenging inverse problem with significant implications for structural health monitoring, biomedical devices, and soft robotics. Conventional analytical and numerical approaches address the forward problem effectively but offer limited means for recovering unknown load conditions from observable deformations. In this study, we introduce a Graph-FEM/ML framework that couples high-fidelity finite element simulations with machine learning models to infer normalized internal and external pressures from measurable boundary deformations. A dataset of 1386 valid samples was generated through Latin Hypercube Sampling of geometric and l
