2 - Is there enough perception among administrative leaders in those faculties toward organizational citizenship behavior? What is its level?
3 - Is there a relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors? What is the nature of this relationship?
4 - Is there a statistically significant effect of servant leadership in organizational citizenship behaviors?

The researchers adopted  the descriptive   approach to analyze views of a sample of (287) department heads and faculty members in six out of eleven faculties of the University. The researchers used the questionnaire to measure the study variables to measure the variables of the study .They also used a set of necessary statistical methods and  programs to test its hypotheses and then achieve its objectives, which showed a statistically significant correlation and  effect between servant leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior.
In light of the findings emerged from the study, the researchers have made a set of recommendations in the forefront of them is  the importance of servant leadership in promoting organizational citizenship behaviors to achieve objectives of educational institutions, and establish the concept of service and compassion among members of faculties  and to create a climate that encourages service and personal assistance, as well as developing  training programs for administrative leadership to ensure   the concept of service to them.

Prevalence of Autoimmune Thyroid Disorders in a Sample of Iraqi Infertile Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
...Show More Authors

The present study aims to estimating the prevalence of autoimmune thyroid disorders in Iraqi infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Eighty-five Iraqi women, with age range (19-45) years, were divided into three groups; first group included 33 women with PCOS; second group included 30 women without PCOS; while third group included 22 fertile women as controls. The clinical data [age, body mass index (BMI), and menstrual status] have been recorded. Blood samples were collected to determine the levels of reproductive hormones [estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)]; and thyroid hormones [triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxin (T4)]. Also, autoimmune thyroid antibodies assessment h

Molecular Detection and Genotyping of Human Herpes Virus 8 in a sample of Iraqi Blood Donors
...Show More Authors

Human herpes virus-8 (HHV-8) infection has increased recently in Arabic countries. HHV-8 in healthy persons does not necessarily cause life-threatening infection, and however, it causes a more severe infection among immunocompromised patients. The distribution of HHV-8 genotypes varies according to ethnicity and depends on the geographic region prior rapid development of global travel. A cross sectional prospective study included a hundred healthy blood donor samples with a mean age of (36.60±10.381), 81% were positive for molecular detection of HHV-8 DNA. PCR results for HHV-8 were strongly related with risk factors such as the number of sexual relations, previous surgeries, blood transfusion, dental operation, and the number of b

possibility of producing photodegradable polymers, the practical application of solid-phase photocatalytic
degradation of polyvinyl chloride (PVC- NiO composite films) was investigated. PVC has a negative impact
on the environment since its polymer degrades slowly, yet it has a wide range of industrial applications and
the amount used shows no evidence of diminishing use. Thus, a synthesis of modified PVC- NiO micro and
nano has been studied with 0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 (hours) as irradiation time a

Intelligence is the production of nervous system function and it's contents memory and creative thinking and understanding and other processes. It's a general cognitive ability and it's a concept. It's essential for good judgment and reasoning, there's an argument about definition of intelligence, is it one ability or multiple abilities. Multiple intelligences theory presented by (Gardner 1983) view intelligence as composing from six types of intelligences: (1) linguistic. (2) mathematical. (3) visual – spatial. (4) musical. (5) bodily – kinesthetic. (6) personal. Present research has reached to several conclusions. Most important one is that multiple intelligences theory is based on the conception of distinct varieties of intelligen

A representative sample of a thousand volunteer university students was screened for evidence of thalassemia minor.Complete blood counts using automated blood cell analysers and blood smears were examined. Patients having anemia, abnormal red cell indices or morphological features of thalassemia minor like hypochromia, microcytosis, target cells erythrocytosis and family history of thalassemia were then investigated for determination of  HbA2 & HbF levels. Estimation of hemoglobin A2 was performed by micro-column chromatography while HbF was done using alkali denaturation. Seventy seven out of the thousand samples tested positive for thalassemia minor. They all showed a hemoglobin A

The Effect of Circular Perforation on a V-Corrugated Fin Performance under Natural Convection
...Show More Authors

An experimental investigation has been made to study the influence of using v-corrugated aluminum fin on heat transfer coefficient and heat dissipation in a heat sink. The geometry of fin is changed to investigate their performance. 27 circular perforations with 1 cm diameter were made. The holes designed into two ways, inline arrangement and staggered in the corrugated edges arrangement. The experiments were done in enclosure space under natural convection. Three different voltages supplied to the heat sink to study their effects on the fins performance. All the studied cases are compared with v-corrugated smooth solid fin. Each experiment was repeated two times to reduce the error and the data recorded after reaching t
