Maximizing competitive strategies in the general framework of the critical success factors and the risk management process: applied research in a sample of Iraqi private banks
...Show More Authors

Discussion dealt with the independent factors critical  such us success factors and the risk management process, and dependent factor of the general competitive strategies, and began searching the dilemma of thought, as crystallized his problem in the light of the need for organizations to philosophy and deeper vision of a more comprehensive understanding of the concept of risk management, assessment and management to maximize the competitive strategies of public, and on this basis, Search queries formulated problem of the gap between the knowledge-based intellectual propositions farcical for the purposes of interpretation of the relationship between the critical success factors and the risk management process, and likelihood maximize the output of the production process.

And manifested aim of the research in determining the extent of benefit from risk management to maximize the output of the production process of the private Iraqi banks, and the diagnosis of the critical success factors for the risk management process, and submit proposals that could contribute to clarifying these modern concepts in the field of strategic thinking, and test the Iraqi environment to incubate Search and rely on the analytical style of the survey, was the use of a linear programming approach to test the hypothesis of the research, data was collected through structured interviews for (48 (a director of the upper and middle departments and operational in twelve private Iraqi banks

The research found the impact of the critical success factors and the risk management process to maximize the general competitive strategies, being the output of the production process of the Iraqi private banks. And conclude the existence of the critical success factors for the risk management process, and the existence of interest in the risk management process changes to reduce non-core activities in the banks, and the protection of its resources. The recommended research need to invest critical success factors for risk management and the need for sustaining order to maximize the added value of strategic competitiveness and encourage investment process of risk management, and propose to conduct a study of the impact of strategies to address the risks to strategic performance of the business organizations through the comparison between private banks Iraqi and regional, and create a specialized center for risk management

Blood Vessels Detection of Diabetic Retinopathy from Retinal Fundus Image using Image Processing Techniques
...Show More Authors

Early detection of eye diseases can forestall visual deficiency and vision loss. There are several types of human eye diseases, for example, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, arteriosclerosis, and hypertension. Diabetic retinopathy (DR) which is brought about by diabetes causes the retinal vessels harmed and blood leakage in the retina. Retinal blood vessels have a huge job in the detection and treatment of different retinal diseases. Thus, retinal vasculature extraction is significant to help experts for the finding and treatment of systematic diseases. Accordingly, early detection and consequent treatment are fundamental for influenced patients to protect their vision. The aim of this paper is to detect blood vessels from

Fenton-like degradation of direct blue dye using green synthesised Fe/Cu bimetallic nanoparticles
...Show More Authors

This study relates to synthesis of bentonite-supported iron/copper nanoparticles through the biosynthesis method using eucalyptus plant leaf extract, which were then named E-Fe/Cu@B-NPs. The synthesised E-Fe/Cu@B-NPs were examined by a set of experiments involving a heterogeneous Fenton-like process that removed direct blue 15 (DB15) dye from wastewater. The resultant E-Fe/Cu@B-NPs were characterised by scanning electron microscopy, Brunauer–Emmet–Teller analysis, zeta potential analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy. The operating parameters in batch experiments were optimised using Box–Behnken design. These parameters were pH, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2

Synthesis of New Polymeric Composite Materials Derived from 2,2-(1,6-Dioxohexane-1,6-diyl) Dihydrazinecarbothioamide
...Show More Authors

In this study, a new class of polymeric nanocomposites was synthesized and characterized.  One mole of dimethyl adipate and two moles of thiosemicarbazide in ethanol first reacted to form the compound [C1]. Compound [C1] then reacted with sodium hydroxide to produce compounds [C2]. Hydrazine hydrate reacted with compound [C2] to generate compound [C3]. Compound [C4] was synthesized from compound [C3] and maleic anhydride. A polymer [C5] is formed by the reaction of the compound [C4] with ammonium persulfate as an initiator. This polymer was then combined with nano: ZnNPs, AgNPs, SiNPs, or IONPs using a hotplate stirrer for 3 hours to produce nanocomposites [C6-C9]. FTIR, 1H-NMR, and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) were

Association of paraoxonase-1 108 C >T gene polymorphism with polycystic ovarian syndrome
...Show More Authors

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is increasingly recognized as a significant health concern among women of reproductive age, exerting its influence on the reproductive system and overall female physiology. Paraoxonase-1 (PON1) gene polymorphism, -108 C >T in the promoter region, have been identified as factors that influence both the stability of the enzyme and its active site. This, in turn, contributes to increase oxidative stress, a recognized risk factor associated with PCOS. This study aimed to investigate the connection between paraoxonase-1-108 C >T gen polymorphisms with PCOS in Iraqi women in a case-control study included 40 women with PCOS and 40 women with normal cycles and no symptoms of

Optimization of plasmonic Al/TiO₂ thin film characteristics via scanning pulsed fiber laser deposition
...Show More Authors

The deposition method of perovskite solar cell layers significantly impacts device functionality and the achievement of industrial goals. Aluminum (Al) nanoparticles with rutile titanium oxide (TiO2) nanoparticle thin films are fabricated on Fluorine Tin Oxide (FTO) glass substrates by nanosecond pulsed fiber laser deposition (PLD) to be used as a plasmonic electron transport layer (ETL) in perovskite solar cell (PSC). The effect of various pulsed fiber laser parameters on the structural, optical, and surface morphology on Al/TiO2 films is extensively examined utilizing a variety of measurement techniques; X-ray diffraction (XRD), Ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectroscopy, Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and Atomic
