The ownership in economic thought and religious postural Contemporary Vision
...Show More Authors

Since the property in Islam is based on the principle of succession , "which made you Khalaúv land and raise yourselves above some degree of Iblukm with Atakm The Lord of the fast punishment and it is Forgiving, Merciful " [cattle : 165 ] and human only Mstkhalaf where " God promised you who believe and do good deeds for Istkhalvenhm Normans in the ground as those before them " [Nur : 55 ] , considering that King God alone any talk about having ownership in Islam in the contemporary sense of ownership , containing three rights are:

1- right to dispose of the right of usufruct tenure

2-The concept is ambiguous as long as that man Mstkhalaf does not have the right to dispose do not sell and do not invest the work of others nor leased the land and similar aspects of the right to act based on the concept of modern capitalist There is no ownership of investment assets absolutely

3- Based on the lack of ownership of the assets of an investment in Islam in any way and there is no sense having to invest capital based on individual ownership of the means of production from the land and the money and the number of machines .... etc. .

And that the ownership of the individuals of the means of production in Islam is limited to the number Mini is not the ground, and that the fruits of human labor in the production process conditional where the work is , and not hire others to work on them or rent them to others ( and only pulled him to the ground and was given another, as long as the condition of the acquisition of the land is to work the rehabilitation and Tthmerha himself ) back to man working for her, but his family and that is supposed to give charity from him and endorsing money if Dar squint him and he had not Iktr nor sows in spending this not to mention the terms of the good work which the welfare and benefit of the individual and the group , and to refrain at any moment to commit sins and prohibitions .

Based on the foregoing , the property in Islam is not merely that the ownership rights to the fruits of his work and means of consumption and production simple and not ownership of the means of investment and in particular the ground , and indicates that it is right of Guardian redistribute the land every fifty years even if they were exploited and even if the man Bamartha to give an opportunity for others.

As for the money there is no place to invest money absolutely , because any investment of money represented by the Grand unambiguously riba and who eats in the stomachs of people as fire devours firewood.

Experimental Investigation for TiO2 nanoparticles as a Lubricant-Additive for a Compressor ofWindow Type Air-Conditioner
...Show More Authors

The coefficient of performance of a window type Air-Conditioner system can be improved if a reduction in the work of compressor can be achieved by a suitable technique. The present study investigates the effect of dispersing a low concentration of TiO2 nanoparticles in the mineral oil based lubricant, as well as on the overall performance of a window type Air-Conditioner system using R22 as the working fluid. An enhancement in the COP of the refrigeration system has been observed and the existence of an optimum volume fraction noticed, with low concentrations of nanoparticles suspended in the mineral oil. Results showed that the average compressor work reduced by 13.3%, which ultimately resulted in an increase of 11.99% in the COP due to

SOLVING NETWORK CONGESTION PROBLEM BY QUALITY OF SERVICE ANALYSIS USING OPNET
...Show More Authors

Among many problems that reduced the performance of the network, especially Wide Area Network, congestion is one of these, which is caused when traffic request reaches or exceeds the available capacity of a route, resulting in blocking and less throughput per unit time. Congestion management attributes try to manage such cases. The work presented in this paper deals with an important issue that is the Quality of Service (QoS) techniques. QoS is the combination effect on service level, which locates the user's degree of contentment of the service. In this paper, packet schedulers (FIFO, WFQ, CQ and PQ) were implemented and evaluated under different applications with different priorities. The results show that WFQ scheduler gives acceptable r

Antibacterial Activities of Volatile oils from mentha Piperia Against Growth of Pathogenic Bacteria
...Show More Authors

The study included the extraction of volatile oil from Mentha piperita which was 1.3 % in the leaves and flowers . Volatile oil of the Mentha piperita leaves had special aromatic odour, pale yellow color, slightly pungent taste . The specific gravity and refractive index were (0.9794) and ( 1.464) respectively. The inhibition activity of the Mentha piperita Volatile oil extracts were studied on some pathogenic microorganisms like Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli, Proteus sp, and Klebsiella pneumoniae . The result showed that the volatile oil had an inhibition effect on the growth of all microorganisms, and it gave the higher inhibition effect on the growth of S. aureus in which the inhibition zone reached to 2

DEVELOP SCALE OF SELECTIV MUTISM WITH PUPILS OF PRIMARY SCHOOLS
...Show More Authors

This study aimed to develop scale of Selectiv Mutism with pupils of primary schools  according to their teachers' view in Baghdad city (Karh and Resaf(.

Children might choose the mutism as the solution to avoid some psychological and social problems that surrounded them. Furthermore, this could consider as a disorder that could effect the child and led him to use the Selected Mutism.

This is supported by the pilot study which was conducted by the researcher on 150 teachers in different primary schools in Baghdad. The results revealed some symptoms were found with children who have selected mutism.

Because of there was no scale was found to measure the Selected Mutism, a scale was develop in order to measure t

Analysis of third intermediate chemistry book following sustainable development standards
...Show More Authors

The current research seeks to Analyze third intermediate chemistry book following sustainable development standards for academic year (2016-2017). To do this, a list of sustainable development standards that should be included in chemistry book was designed based on the previous studies. The first version of the list consisted of (50) sub-case divided into three standards (social, economic, and environmental) which was exposed to group of experts in teaching chemistry and teaching methods. The list has modified to (43) sub-case. The researcher followed the implicit and explicit meaning in his analysis: one for recording and repetition and the other for frequency. The result showed that third intermediate chemistry book has achieved (20)

Diagnosis of Diabetes Using Artificial Intelligence Programs
...Show More Authors

Scientific development has occupied a prominent place in the field of diagnosis, far from traditional procedures. Scientific progress and the development of cities have imposed diseases that have spread due to this development, perhaps the most prominent of which is diabetes for accurate diagnosis without examining blood samples and using image analysis by comparing two images of the affected person for no less than a period. Less than ten years ago they used artificial intelligence programs to analyze and prove the validity of this study by collecting samples of infected people and healthy people using one of the Python program libraries, which is (Open-CV) specialized in measuring changes to the human face, through which we can infer the
