Diese Forschungsarbeit versteht sich als ein Versuch zur Bestimmung einer der neuen Unterrichtsmethoden, die den Lernenden im Fach Deutsch besonders interessant vorkommen.Der Unterricht soll in einer Atmosphäre, die frei von Zeitdruck, Angst und Zensurdruck ablaufen lassen, damit werden die Studenten ermutigt, die Nutzung von Spiel zu ihrer eigenen Sache machen, um die Spielziele Spaß, Empathie, Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation zu realisieren. Das Hauptlernziel des Fremdsprachenunterrichts ist es, Lernenden zu ermöglichen, in der Zielsprache zu kommunizieren.

Wir konzentrieren uns in diesem Beitrag auf eine wichtige sprachliche Fertigkeit, die den rezeptiven Fertigkeiten gehört, die ist das Hörverstehen.

   The aim of this research is to identify the Andalusia  poet  Abu Izac Al-Zauali , whose  most of his poetry and biography had been lost, as well as many Andalusia  poets. So this research is hoped to be the first step to shed the light on the poet’s life and poetry  and to document his poetry as other  writers do. Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) is one of the important topics in the financial management, it has the impact on the users decisions, it also effect on many other variables i.e dividend, therefore. This paper aims to provide a diameter of Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) level for the companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. It also tries to show the FRQ effects on the dividend policy. The study sample was 13 listed companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange for the period from 2007 to 2011. Kothari et al. 2005 model has been used to measure the FRQ, on the other hand the common stock share of the dividend was used to measure the dividend.
