The impact of cultural dimensions in nursing performance

  Abstract

          The  cultural contrast is considered of the essential subjects in the field of administration of international businesses which have great and effective role for representation in one social system for the individuals have various belongings, and the nursing performance is considered  an essential basic for health care, thus  a discussion for two variables have  done to formulate the intellectual frame for this research which are( the cultural contrast and the nursing performance). depended a questionnaire as a research tool by(90) he/ she nurses of the Iraqis and the arrivals( the Indian personnel) in Alsaddir general educational hospital. the important of the research lies in presenting intellectual deep rooting for the nature of the variables based on applicable potential via application theoretical concept in the practical field, and the research has highlighted that the nurses tended to the collective work, and they prefer sharing and solidarity in the nursing work performance, and the arrival nurses have very high skills exceeded the Iraqi nurses also distinguished from the Iraqi nurses in all cultural dimensions of the addressed subject, and the most prominent results that the researcher has realized, the existence of liaison correlation and the effect of cultural contrast in the effectiveness of the nursing performance.

(ZnO)1-x(SnO2)x/c-nSi gas sensors prepared by pulsed laser deposition technique for selective detection of nitrogen dioxide

Compounds of (ZnO)1-x(SnO 2 ) x were prepared with various proportions of tin oxide (SiO 2) (x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0) by mixing zinc oxide (ZnO) with highpurity tin oxide and then sintering the mixture in an oven at a temperature of 1000 °C for a period of 1 h. The resulting powders were ground and pressed into tablets of 1 cm diameter and 0.5 cm thickness. The properties of (ZnO) 1-x(SnO 2 ) x composites flms were prepared and studied as sensitive to the diferent gases NO2 and H2 S. ASTM F75 Alloys: A Systematic Review of Microstructural Characteristics and Manufacturing Advances from Conventional to Laser-Based Techniques with Bibliometric Analysis

This study provides a systematic and bibliometric review of ASTM F75 cobalt–chromium alloys, focusing on microstructure and the shift from conventional to laser-based manufacturing. Using combined analytical methods, it evaluates microstructure, mechanical properties, corrosion behavior, and biocompatibility. Results show that laser-based techniques such as LPBF and DMLS produce finer grain sizes (1–10 µm vs. 50–200 µm), leading to improved hardness (20–40%) and tensile strength (15–30%). Despite challenges like residual stress and process optimization, these methods show strong potential for high-performance and sustainable applications.

The researchers prepare SPEs with varying molecular weight ratios of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and sodium tetrafluoroborate (NaBF4) using a solution casting method with dimethyl formamide as the solvent.
