Abstract

This research is aimed at indicating the impact of business process reengineering on corporate performance in the Office of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Iraqi study has identified a problem in a number of the most important questions - what the impact of the Business Process Reengineering at the corporate office performance indicators respondent? What are the actual results of the analysis of paths Administrative Process Engineering and Corporate Performance respondent in the office? In order to achieve the goal of the research and answer the questions of the problem, the study applied to a sample of (60) a member of the office staff out of (127) and functional level extends between managers and department heads and officials of the people and officials of the units and some of the staff, has used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data and information . And achieved Find a set of results, highlighted by the presence of significant moral correlation between Business Process Reengineering and the dimensions of corporate performance show that there is significant effect between Business Process Reengineering and the dimensions of organizational performance and identify the bugs found in the course of the office operations.

Family Atmosphere and Relationship to Academic Adjustment for Student at Baghdad University
...Show More Authors

The research aimed: 1. Definition of family climate for the university students. 2. Definition of statistical significance of differences in family climate variable depending on the sex (males - females) and specialization (Scientific - humanity). 3. Definition of academic adjustment for university students. 4. Definition of correlation between climate and academic adjustment. The research sample formed of (300) male and female students by (150) male of scientific and humanitarian specialization and (150) female of scientific and humanitarian specialization randomly selected from the research community. To achieve the objectives of the research the researcher prepared a tool to measure family climate. And adopted the measure (Azzam 2010)

The paper deals with a study of peculiarities of gluttonic text structures in the Arabic-Russian language pair at the sociolinguistic, system structural, functional-stylistic and lexico-semantic aspects from the standpoint of view at functional approach to the phenomena of language systems and the gluttonic discourse as a special type of ver bal and social discourse. Profound attention is paid to the consideration of lexical and grammatical means of explication of glutton discourse on the examples of identi cal Arabic and Russian literary texts as well as language situations in Arab countries and Russia, features of which are due to the characteristics of gluttonic discourses that reflect the features of the two different ethnolingual cu

Prosoical Behavior and Its Relationship to Openness to Experience among University Students
...Show More Authors

The aim of the present study is to identify the level of prosoical behavior of Baghdad University's students and to recognize the differences between male and female students. Moreover, it also aims to identify the level of openness to experience for these students. A random sample of (123) students has been selected; 77 males and 46 females. Two scales have been used in the study. The Prosocialness scale for adults by Caprara. Et al (2005) has been translated into the Arabic language and relies on four types of actions (Helping, Sharing, Taking care, and feeling Empathetic with others) and the other scale is the Openness to Experience Scale, which is one of the Big Five Inventory by John and Srivastava (1999). The main results showed a

Silicon Nitride Nanostructures Prepared from n-type and p-type Silicon Targets
...Show More Authors

Silicon nitride nanostructures were prepared by reactive sputtering technique using silicon targets with different types of electrical conductivity (n-type and p-type) and Ar:N2 gas mixing ratio of 70:30. The optical microscopy and spectroscopic characteristics of these films were determined in order to introduce the effect of target conductivity type on these characteristics. The results showed that using p-type silicon target would produce Si3N4 films with lower tendency to adsorb water vapor and other constituents of the atmospheric air, higher absorbance in the visible range 400-700nm, and lower variation in the energy band gap with film thickness than the Si3N4 films prepared from n-type silicon target.

Open Tibial Shaft Fractures Treated By Primary External Fixation And Bone Graft
...Show More Authors

Eprospective study undertaken between January 2007 and January 2011, 58 consecutive cases with compound tibial shaft fractures. All fractures were stabilized by external fixator device AO/ASIF type after failed the manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) to restore the osseous alignment. In 32 patients cancellous bone graft were used from the upper part of the tibia to enhance healing process, all these patients were followed for an average of 8–12 months. Our findings showed that stabilization of the fracture shaft tibia by external fixation with cancellous bone graft had significantly better result, than external fixation alone. We conclude that unilateral, uniplanar external fixation with early bone grafting from upper part of the tibia is

Complexity and Entropy Analysis to Improve Gender Identification from Emotional-Based EEGs
...Show More Authors

Investigating gender differences based on emotional changes becomes essential to understand various human behaviors in our daily life. Ten students from the University of Vienna have been recruited by recording the electroencephalogram (EEG) dataset while watching four short emotional video clips (anger, happiness, sadness, and neutral) of audiovisual stimuli. In this study, conventional filter and wavelet (WT) denoising techniques were applied as a preprocessing stage and Hurst exponent

Review Article: Miscellaneous Azo Dyes: A Review on Recent Advancements and Applications
...Show More Authors

The dyes Azo have a lengthy history and are a vital part of our daily lives. There are numerous potentials uses for these substances and their derivatives in various industries and environmental and biological research. In this study conversion of various azo compounds into other derivatives, complexes, and polymers was accomplished. This review included examining the chemistry reactions, synthesis, and applications of azo dye ligands and their complexes, mentioned spectral, analytical, thermal, and morphology methods of investigation, and confirmed by mass fragment mechanisms for some azo dyes and metal complexes. One of the aims of this review is to explain the role of these azo dye derivatives and the effect of metal complexes on leather

DGEN: A Dynamic Generative Encryption Network for Adaptive and Secure Image Processing
...Show More Authors

Cyber-attacks keep growing. Because of that, we need stronger ways to protect pictures. This paper talks about DGEN, a Dynamic Generative Encryption Network. It mixes Generative Adversarial Networks with a key system that can change with context. The method may potentially mean it can adjust itself when new threats appear, instead of a fixed lock like AES. It tries to block brute‑force, statistical tricks, or quantum attacks. The design adds randomness, uses learning, and makes keys that depend on each image. That should give very good security, some flexibility, and keep compute cost low. Tests still ran on several public image sets. Results show DGEN beats AES, chaos tricks, and other GAN ideas. Entropy reached 7.99 bits per pix
