The role of public relations in enhancing the quality of governmental service-a Field study in the Iraqi Airlines

Abstract
        The research has discussed the public relations as dependent variable of its branch dimensions( confidence , commitment, control and satisfaction ) and the governmental service quality as independent variable of its branch dimensions (response, dependency, emphasis, tangibility and sympathy), and the research problem has represented by weakness of service quality presented to the customers dealing with company, which is observed via  field co-existence of the researcher, where he observe that the quality presented in the company services, are inappropriate with the customers expectations level, also there is weakness of attention and recognition by the company for the concept of public relations in abroad way for its importance for the service organizations looking forward to expansion of its activities, where the sample was chosen of customers dealing with the Ministry of Transport-Iraqi airlines amounted(253), and the importance of the research sustained not from its intellectual frame, but  extended to its applicable aspects in presented practical contribution concerned the way of  finding the public relations in a form that enhance and support its service quality, where the researcher has strived to realize a collection of objectives, most important of them :-showing and detection the role played  by the public relations in enhancing the service quality, and realizing these objectives, the researcher has depended on the analytical descriptive method, and he uses the questionnaire, personal interviews, field co-existence in the practice aspect of the research, also researches and studies related with the research subject in theoretical aspect with depending on (SPSS) to test and analyzing hypotheses of the relation and the impact among the research variables, and the most important statistic tools used in the analyzing  are : the mean,  standard deviation ,the coefficient variation and the simple linear liaison oefficient (spearman) to test the validly of liaison hypotheses and the simple linear regression to test the validly of effect, and the research to a collection of conclusions, most important  the research implied the decrease of the company service quality level via which what are shown the tangible level, sympathy and safety, response, and reliability, and the researcher terminated the research with a collection of recommendation most important of them formulating strategy directing the company operations to focus on  the customer means offering services according to the  expectations  and desires of the customers via performing questionnaire concerned the extent to which the company offering.

Seed priming of sorghum cultivars by gibberellic and salicylic acids to improve seedling growth under irrigation with saline water

An experiment was conducted in pots under field conditions during fall seasons of 2017 and 2018. This study aimed to improve a weak growth of seedlings under salt stress in sorghum. Three factors were studied. 1st factor was three cultivars (Inqath, Rabeh, and Buhoth70). 2nd factor was seed priming (primed and unprimed seed). Preparation and characterization of ZnO: Ga2O3 thin film via pulsed laser deposition for NO2 and H2S gas sensing application

In this study, thin film of pure zinc oxide (ZnO) and ZnO doped with Ga2O3 films with different concentrations (0, 0.03, 0.05, 0.07 and 0.09)wt% were prepared by pulsed laser deposition. The powder mixture was then sintered in a furnace at 1273 K for 5 h. The resulting powders were thoroughly ground and then pressed using a special press to form discs with a diameter of 1 cm and a thickness of 0.5 cm. Azo derivative ligand[H3L] have been synthesized by the reaction of diazonium salt of p-amino benzoic acid with orcinol in(1:1)mole ratio. The bidente ligand was reacted with the metal ions MnII,FeIIandCrIIIin(2:1)mole ratio via reflux in ethanol using Et3N as a base to give complexes of the general formula: [ M(H2L)2(H2O)x]Cly The synthesized compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods[ I.R , UV-Vis, A.A and H1 NMR]along with melting point, chloride content and conductivity measurements. The complexes were screend for their in vitro antibacterial activity against one strain of staphylococcus as Gram(+) positive and one strain of pseudomonas as Gram(-) Negative, using the agar diffusion technique.

Photo-Fenton-like degradation of direct blue 15 using fixed bed reactor containing bimetallic nanoparticles: Effects and Box–Behnken optimization

Bimetallic iron/copper nanoparticles loaded on bentonite clay were used as heterogeneous catalysts and prepared via liquid-phase reduction method using eucalyptus leaves extract (E-Fe/Cu@BNPs). Structural and optical properties of C60-ZnO thin films synthesized by spray pyrolysis technique with plasma treatment as antibacterial activity

Spray pyrolysis technique was used to make Carbon60-Zinc oxide (C60-ZnO) thin films, and chemical, structural, antibacterial, and optical characterizations regarding such nanocomposite have been done prior to and following treatment. Fullerene peaks in C60-ZnO thin films are identical and appear at the same angles. Following the treatment of the plasma, the existence regarding fullerene peaks in the thin films investigated suggests that the crystallographic quality related to C60-ZnO thin films has enhanced.
