This reaserch seeks To answer Wondering :(Is there a possibility employ strategic agility In companies sample Serving in Iraq ?)

This reaserch aims: explore Strategic Agility rely upon Dimensions that interact with each other to form the intcllectual frame Strategic Agility, These dimensions are: (Clarity of vision, Selected Strategic  Targets , Core capacities, Shared responsibility, Taking action, Empowerment, Organic Structure, Planning Strategy, Organizational learning, Information technology,  Human resourse management , Organized) .

( Design / methodology / approach) : The study was based on the case study method for mobile communications sector in my company) Zain and Asiacell (and has been used questionnaire to collect data, hypotheses were tested through the use of some statistical treatments.

Findings : The research found that Asiacell did not qualify because the so-called (agile organization) manner characteristic of efficiency or response or speed or flexibility, and so characteristic of agile organizations, as well as interesting Asiacell nature of the vision and mission of the company in terms of its knowledge of its objective of presence as a private, and this applies in terms of take caution and confidentiality of communications, including providing the privacy of the individual user, which enhances the vision in this regard is the presence of the regulator sober her and each contact companies, namely, (the media and communications).

The practical implications: puts Find useful measure of agility strategy to help managers and decision makers to use to assess the current situation by the dimensions of agility strategy, and undoubtedly it will help to provide knowledge and understanding of the employees of those companies about the importance of these dimensions.

Originality / value: frame of this research range of knowledge through the dimensions of strategic agility, which is the modern era for the Arab term studies, as well as the research works to strengthen the strategic agility in the Iraqi companies and organizations.

I dealt with this study of one of the hadiths of the Prophet and judged him after studying his deed, especially one of his narrations for the similarity in his name and the name of his father (Abdul Rahman bin Ishaq) Is he a civil "Sadok" or Wasti "weak" and they are in one layer which is called in the science of Hadith (agreed And after a review of Kutkut translations and wound and amendment and other evidence and evidence that it was "weak" and not as he went to him and asserted by the updated Muhammad Nasser al-Din al-Albani may God have mercy on him that in Sindh is a civil rule for the hadeeth "Hassan" and not as said The hadeeth is “weak” because he showed that it is the weak Wasti.

Evaluation of the Lingual Splitting Patterns and the Lateral Bone Cut Ends Following Mandibular Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomy Using Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)
...Show More Authors

The bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) is the most popular orthognathic procedure performed by maxillofacial surgeons to treat skeletal class II and class III and to correct mandibular asymmetries. The study aimed to evaluate the lingual splitting patterns and lateral bone cut end (LBCE) in bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) and their relation with the ramal thickness and the presence of impacted third molars using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). This prospective observational study included patients with mandibular prognathism who were treated with BSSO with or without Le Fort I osteotomy. Cone beam computed tomography was used to measure the ramal thickness preoperatively and to evaluate the LBCE, and the lingu

Phytochemical Screening of Petroleum Ether Fractions by GC/MS and Isolation of Lupeol from Two Different Parts of Iraqi Leucaena leuco-cephala. (Conference Paper )#
...Show More Authors

Abstract

This work is considered the first study for the components of the Iraqi Leucaena leucocephala plant, where the different phytochemical compounds that present in the aerial parts were identified by using the gas chromatography/mass spectrometry technique (GC/MS). The type of the components and their concentration will differ according to the part of the plant used and the method of extraction (hot and cold). This study made a comparison in lupeol concentration that was identified and isolated from petroleum ether fractions of Leucaena leucocephala by using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS), High-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC), and Preparative High-Performance Li

A Semi-Empirical Equation based on the Strut-and-Tie Model for the Shear Strength Prediction of Deep Beams with Multiple Large Web Openings
...Show More Authors

The behavior and shear strength of full-scale (T-section) reinforced concrete deep beams, designed according to the strut-and-tie approach of ACI Code-19 specifications, with various large web openings were investigated in this paper. A total of 7 deep beam specimens with identical shear span-to-depth ratios have been tested under mid-span concentrated load applied monotonically until beam failure. The main variables studied were the effects of width and depth of the web openings on deep beam performance. Experimental data results were calibrated with the strut-and-tie approach, adopted by ACI 318-19 code for the design of deep beams. The provided strut-and-tie design model in ACI 318-19 code provision was assessed and found to be u

Green synthesis of porous carbon cross-linked Y zeolite nanocrystals material and its performance for adsorptive removal of a methyl violet dye from water
...Show More Authors

The cost-effective carbon cross-linked Y zeolite nanocrystals composite (NYC) was prepared using an eco-friendly substrate prepared from bio-waste and organic adhesive at intermediate conditions. The green synthesis method dependent in this study assures using chemically harmless compounds to ensure homogeneous distribution of zeolite over porous carbon. The greenly prepared cross-linked composite was extensively characterized using Fourier transform infrared, nitrogen adsorption/desorption, Field emission scanning electron microscope, Dispersive analysis by X-ray, Thermogravimetric analysis, and X-ray diffraction. NYC had a surface area of 176.44 m2/g, and a pore volume of 0.0573 cm3/g. NYC had a multi-function nature, sustained at a long-

Despite Iraq's possession of the energies material, human and agricultural resources and great economic but that contribution of the agricultural sector in the total gross fixed capital formation and gross domestic product in the Iraqi economy remained low and declining continuously since the nineties of the last century, as well as the inability of agricultural production to meet the country's needs of food . The food gap increased strategic food crops until it reached 1049 thousand tons in 2010. On this basis, there is a need to study and analysis the behavior of the function of  gross fixed capital format
