And test the correlation between the strategies of human resource management and market share for the company. As well as the correlation test (direct and indirect) between the loyalty of employees and market share through the strategies of human resources management .omarafh mutual impact between the variables of research and of the loyalty of employees and strategies of human resource management and market share for the company. the statement of proposals to ensure the successful activation of the role of loyal workers in enhancing the market share of the corporate center the strategies of human resources management, in line with the research methodology has been formulated hypotheses to refer to the possibility of the application of the scheme Search is there a significant correlation between the loyalty of employees and market share relationship, and whether there is a correlation spirits between the strategies of human resources management and market share and whether there is a significant effect of the loyalty of employees in market share, as well, is there a significant effect of the strategies of human resources management in market share, and because the service sector has become very important in the present time through his contribution.

along with other sectors in the construction and development of society and increased well-being, the research community Zain Iraqna and Asia-Cell Telecom room hypotheses to test by taking a simple random sample, and through the design of a questionnaire form a basic tool included on (70) items to collect the raw data from the employees of these two companies, was the sample (50) Show of Asiacell and (50) Show Zain Iraq, and then were collected samples to form the size of a sample (100) Show, in order to address these data have been used a lot of ways statistical methods (such as measuring frequencies, ratios and the severity of the answer, measuring the average deviation standard, coefficient of variation, measuring the link power and influence, a study analyzing the track, and then use spss program, Excel and Matlab program for the analysis of the results). By measuring the research, diagnosis and testing of the link and influence, including relationships variables, research found a set of conclusions was Pinha.ugod relationship between loyalty and market share and the existence of a relationship impact on market share, directly and indirectly through the dimensions of strategic management Almwardalepeshrah, it has been a group setting of recommendations based on the findings of this research findings, as well as suggest some future studies that promote aspects of these issues, including the work on expanding this research to include variables new dimensions covered no such research, which has a direct role or is Mbacraly enhance market share for organizations

Antibiotic resistance has been a growing worldwide public health issue. The World Health Organization (WHO) has stated that the search for new antibiotics is slow, while antibiotic resistance is growing. WHO has also declared that antibiotic resistance is one of the top 10 global public health threats facing humanity in the 21st century. Therefore, this review discusses the potential of metal-based drugs as antibacterial agents from the period of the early 2000s to date. The review reveals that a lot of preliminary work has been done to assess these as potential drugs. However, their mode of action is faintly described. Furthermore, a few examples of metal-based drugs assessed for their modes of action are described. These compounds are ide

Kinetic, Isotherm, and Thermodynamic Study of Bismarck Brown Dye Adsorption onto Graphene Oxide and Graphene Oxide-Grafted-Poly (n-butyl methacrylate-co-methacrylic Acid)
...Show More Authors

The adsorption behavior of Bismarck brown (BB) dye from aqueous solutions onto graphene oxide GO and graphene oxide-g-poly (n-butyl methacrylate-co-methacrylic acid) GO-g-pBCM as adsorbents was investigated. The prepared GO and GO-g-pBCM were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy FTIR, which confirmed the compositions of the prepared adsorbents. Adsorption of BB dye onto GO and GO-g-pBCM was explored in a series of batch experiments under various conditions. The data were examined utilizing Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms. The Langmuir isotherm was seen as increasingly reasonable from the experimental information of dye on formulating adsorbents. Kinetic investigations showed that the experimental data were fitted ve

Commercial Graphite Flakes as an Adsorbent of Janus Green Dye from Aqueous Solution: Adsorption Kinetics and Isotherms Study
...Show More Authors

Commercial graphite (CGT) powder was used as an adsorbent surface for cationic dye, Janus green (JG), from aqueous solutions. This study aims to highlight the practical significance of using inexpensive CGT as an efficient adsorbent for the removal of JG dye from industrial wastewater. CGT was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The adsorption process was investigated by examining parameters like the weight of the adsorbent, contact time, and temperature. Pseudo-second-order kinetic (PSO), pseudo-first-order, and intraparticle diffusion were used for analyzing the kinetic data. JG dye's adsorption kinetics fit the PSO kinetic model well (R2= 0.999). Laboratory studies were conducted at the biological control unit, college of Agriculture, University of Baghdad to evaluate some biological aspects of the predator Chilocorus bipustulatus (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae), which is considered one of the most important predators on many insect pests, especially the scale insect, Parlatoria blanchardi, (Homoptera: Diaspididae) on date palms. The results showed that biological parameters of the predator were varied according to different degree of temperature. Egg incubation period was significantly different and reached to 7.5 and 5.44 day at 25 and 30°C respectively, Fertility was the same 100% at both temperature degrees. Larval growth periods were 17.41 and 16.12 day as well as the mortality du

ABSTRACT Backgrounds: Maxillary canine impaction is complicated and time consuming to treat, for being highly diverse in inclination and location; it may be a companied by root resorption of the neighboring teeth. CBCT has been used for its' diagnostic reliability in localization of impacted canine and revealing its' serious local complications. Objectives: Localization of maxillary impacted canine using cone beam computed tomography for assessment of angulation, distance from occlusal plane, alveolar width and proximity to adjacent teeth. Subjects and Methods: The study sample was 33 subjects 16 females and 17 males attended to Al-Wasitti general hospital in Baghdad city-Oral and maxillofacial radiology department for CBCT scan investigati

The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of diode laser (λ=940 nm) in the management of gingival hyperpigmentation compared to the conventional bur method. Materials and methods: Eighteen patients with gingival hyperpigmentation were selected for the study with an age between 12-37 years old. The site of treatment was the upper gingiva using diode laser for the right half and the conventional method for the left half. All patients were re-evaluated after the following intervals: 3 days, 7 days, 1 month and 6 months post-operation. Pain and functions were re-evaluated in each visit for a period of 1 day, 3 days and 1 week post-operation. Laser parameters included 1.5 W in continuous mode with an initiated tip (400 μm) placed in
