The problem for the search to identify the role of loyal workers through (emotional loyalty, moral loyalty, continued loyalty) in enhancing the market share of the corporate center the human resource management strategies, namely (selection, training and development, and performance evaluation, and returns the system) for the parent company of cellular Allotsalat in Baghdad ,, and show the importance of research through the benefit to the company, through the importance of the search results, it draws the attention of decision-makers and those in charge of managing these human resources on the importance of those resources and work to develop them and keep them in order to increase their loyalty towards their organization and then growth and increase market share for the company. as well as the staff working as taking place on the important and sensitive category because they deal daily, even on holidays and special occasions with large numbers of beneficiaries of their services and who vary their needs from one person to another, and it was the goal of search Hothdid concept and the importance and the role of the loyalty of workers to increase market share for companies through a resource management strategies Alepeshrah.oachtbar correlation relationship between the loyalty of employees and human resource management strategies. And test the correlation between the strategies of human resource management and market share for the company. As well as the correlation test (direct and indirect) between the loyalty of employees and market share through the strategies of human resources management .omarafh mutual impact between the variables of research and of the loyalty of employees and strategies of human resource management and market share for the company. the statement of proposals to ensure the successful activation of the role of loyal workers in enhancing the market share of the corporate center the strategies of human resources management, in line with the research methodology has been formulated hypotheses to refer to the possibility of the application of the scheme Search is there a significant correlation between the loyalty of employees and market share relationship, and whether there is a correlation spirits between the strategies of human resources management and market share and whether there is a significant effect of the loyalty of employees in market share, as well, is there a significant effect of the strategies of human resources management in market share, and because the service sector has become very important in the present time through his contribution.

along with other sectors in the construction and development of society and increased well-being, the research community Zain Iraqna and Asia-Cell Telecom room hypotheses to test by taking a simple random sample, and through the design of a questionnaire form a basic tool included on (70) items to collect the raw data from the employees of these two companies, was the sample (50) Show of Asiacell and (50) Show Zain Iraq, and then were collected samples to form the size of a sample (100) Show, in order to address these data have been used a lot of ways statistical methods (such as measuring frequencies, ratios and the severity of the answer, measuring the average deviation standard, coefficient of variation, measuring the link power and influence, a study analyzing the track, and then use spss program, Excel and Matlab program for the analysis of the results). By measuring the research, diagnosis and testing of the link and influence, including relationships variables, research found a set of conclusions was Pinha.ugod relationship between loyalty and market share and the existence of a relationship impact on market share, directly and indirectly through the dimensions of strategic management Almwardalepeshrah, it has been a group setting of recommendations based on the findings of this research findings, as well as suggest some future studies that promote aspects of these issues, including the work on expanding this research to include variables new dimensions covered no such research, which has a direct role or is Mbacraly enhance market share for organizations

Classification of Apple Slices Treated by Atmospheric Plasma Jet for Post-harvest Processes Using Image Processing and Convolutional Neural Networks
...Show More Authors
Abstract<p>Apple slice grading is useful in post-harvest operations for sorting, grading, packaging, labeling, processing, storage, transportation, and meeting market demand and consumer preferences. Proper grading of apple slices can help ensure the quality, safety, and marketability of the final products, contributing to the post-harvest operations of the overall success of the apple industry. The article aims to create a convolutional neural network (CNN) model to classify images of apple slices after immersing them in atmospheric plasma at two different pressures (1 and 5 atm) and two different immersion times (3 and again 6 min) once and in filtered water based on the hardness of the slices usin</p> ... CD40 Gene Variants and Disease Susceptibility: A Comprehensive Review of Associations with Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Diseases, Cancer, and Infectious Diseases
...Show More Authors

CD40 is a type 1 transmembrane protein composed of 277 amino acids, and it belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily. It is expressed in a variety of cell types, including normal B cells, macrophages, dendritic cells, and endothelial cells, as a costimulatory molecule. This study aims to summarize the CD40 polymorphism effect and its susceptibility to immune-related disorders. The CD40 gene polymorphisms showed a significant association with different immune-related disorders and act as a risk factor for increased susceptibility to these diseases.

Structural, surface morphology and optical properties of annealing treated Copper Phthalocyanine doped Fullerene (CuPc: C60) thin films
...Show More Authors
Abstract<p>The doping process with materials related to carbon has become a newly emerged approach for achieving an improvement in different physical properties for the obtained doped films. Thin films of CuPc: C60 with doping ratio of (100:1) were spin-coated onto pre-cleaned glass substrates at room temperature. The prepared films were annealed at different temperatures of (373, 423 and 473) K. The structural studies, using a specific diffractometry of annealed and as deposited samples showed a polymorphism structure and dominated by CuPc with preferential orientation of the plane (100) of (2θ = 7) except at temperature of 423K which indicated a small peak around (2θ = 3</p> ... Subsurface Flow Phytoremediation Using Barley Plants for Water Recovery from Kerosene-Contaminated Water: Effect of Kerosene Concentration and Removal Kinetics
...Show More Authors

A phytoremediation experiment was carried out with kerosene as a model for total petroleum hydrocarbons. A constructed wetland of barley was exposed to kerosene pollutants at varying concentrations (1, 2, and 3% v/v) in a subsurface flow (SSF) system. After a period of 42 days of exposure, it was found that the average ability to eliminate kerosene ranged from 56.5% to 61.2%, with the highest removal obtained at a kerosene concentration of 1% v/v. The analysis of kerosene at varying initial concentrations allowed the kinetics of kerosene to be fitted with the Grau model, which was closer than that with the zero order, first order, or second order kinetic models. The experimental study showed that the barley plant designed in a subsu

Synthesis and Spectral Studies of ZnII,CdII and HgII Complexes with 5-(2-Benzoic acid azo)-8-hydroxy quinoline Ligand
...Show More Authors

Coupling reaction of 2-amino benzoic acid with 8-hydroxy quinoline gave bidentate azo ligand. The prepared ligand has been identified by Microelemental Analysis,1HNMR,FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic techniques. Treatment of the prepared ligand with the following metal ions (ZnII,CdII and HgII) in aqueous ethanol with a 1:2 M:L ratio and at optimum pH, yielded a series of neutral complexes of the general formula [M(L)2]. The prepared complexes have been characterized by using flame atomic absorption, (C.H.N) Analysis, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic methods as well as conductivity measurements. The nature of the complexes formed were studied following the mole ratio and continuous variation methods, Beer's law obeyed over a concentration range

An Evaluation of Gutta-Percha Penetration Depth into Simulated Lateral Canals by Using Three Different Obturation Techniques (A Comparative Study)
...Show More Authors

Background:sThe aims of this study were to evaluate and compare the ability of three different techniques to obdurate simulated lateral canals, evaluate the effect of the main canal curvature on obturation of lateral canals and compare the gutta-percha penetration between coronal and apical lateral canals. Materials and methods: Resin blocks with 30 straight and 30 curved were used in this study. Each canal has two parallel lateral canals. The main canal has 0.3 mm apical diameter and 0.04 taper. The canals were divided into six groups according to canal curvature and obturation techniques used (n=10): Groups C1 and C2: straight and curved canals obturated with continuous wave technique using E&Q masterTM system. Groups O1 and O2: straight
