The research aims to a statement of specificity of the Controller of (academic achievement, specialty, job title, length of service, Gender) and its impact on performance, Through a proposed appraisal form includes three main axes and each axis including several specialized elements in the supervisory work in form (check list). as is the importance of research to enable officials of oversight bodies financial identify and diagnose performance Controller through what has this observer of the process of scientific properties when performing supervisory work. Be summarized problem of the research that the lack of regulatory institution with the Controller interesting in terms of the necessary characteristics and requirements and invested properly leads to weakness and low level of regulatory performance of performance Controller financial control bodies. The premise is of the search the Comptroller specificity through its own characteristics imposed by the reality of supervisory work have an important impact on performance. The research used descriptive and analytical approach by gathering facts and information to the subject of research, analysis and interpretation in an objective manner in line with the actual data to reach an acceptable process results. The research sample included regulatory levels (Assistant President body, Financial Controller oldest, Financial Controller, Assistant Financial Controller, legal, Assistant legal). of (161) members of financial control bodies staff of the research community. The analysis of the practical application of the results and come up with a set of the most important conclusions that the characteristics of the observers have an impact important role on the performance, as results showed distinguish categories of observers within the academic achievement of Higher Studies on the rest of the collections of study as well as the accounting specialization, which won the largest number and proportion of observers research sample and characterize the performance of the majority of them from the rest of the other disciplines as the job title and the impact of an important role on the performance and length of service as well as by what you add the length of time from the experience of a very important process.
This research aims to examine the role of global green finance as a critical driver of both economic and environmental sustainability within small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises (SMEs) in Iraq. Utilizing a convergent mixed-methods framework, the study integrates qualitative interviews with key stakeholders and a quantitative survey of 300 agricultural SMEs to assess the barriers, enablers, and institutional conditions influencing the adoption of green finance. The findings indicate that, despite growing awareness and substantial latent demand for sustainability-linked investments, adoption is significantly constrained by institutional fragmentation, regulatory ambiguity, and resource limitations at the firm level. In this paper, major cementing properties which are thickening time, compressive strength, and free water in addition to the rheological properties and filtration of cement slurry underneath definite circumstances are experimentally tested. The consequences point to that the Iraqi cement after special additives encounter the requests of the API standards and can consequently is used in cementing jobs for oil wells. At this research, there is a comparative investigation established on experimental work on the effectiveness of some additives that considered as waste materials which are silica fume, bauxite,

The synthesis of the target compounds were accomplished following multistep reaction procedures, the chemical reaction followed up and the purity of the products were checked by TLC. The structure of the final compounds and their intermediates were confirmed by their melting points, infrared spectroscopy and elemental microanalysis, the hydrolysis of compound III was studied using HPLC technique. According to the results mentioned above, compounds (I−V) can be good candidates as possible mutual prod

Treatment of the latter with p-nitrobenzoyl chloride in dry pyridine yielded the ester (II) which was dissolved in (65%) acetic acid in absolute ethanol yielded the glycol (III). The reaction of the glycol (III) with sodium periodate in distilled water at room temperature produced the aldehyde (IV). The compound (V) [2-amino-5-mercapato-1,3,4-thiadiazole] was prepared through the reaction of thiosemicarbazide with carbon disulphide (CS2) in entity of anhydrous (Na2CO3) in (abs. ethanol ). Using a publicly available olfactory EEG dataset of 35 subjects spanning normal cognition, amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI), and AD, each with MMSE scores and demographics, stimulus-locked epochs from four electrodes (Fp1, Fz, Cz, Pz) were processed with wavelet-based time–frequency analysis. Band-limited power ratios (delta, theta, alpha, beta) were computed as log-transformed post-odor/baseline values and aggregated to subject-level features. Statistical analyses revealed graded attenuation of odor-evoked frontal (Fp1) band-power ratios across groups, with significant differences in several band–od

The synthesized materials were characterized using several techniques such as: “X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), vibrating sample-magnetometer (VSM), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) and Barrentt-Joyner-Halenda (BJH)” to determine the structure and morphology of the obtained material. The analysis indicated that metal oxide predominantly appeared at the shape of the spinel structure of magnetite, and that the presence of nano-magnetite had a substantial impact on the surface area and pore st

The Non - Homogeneous Poisson process is considered as one of the statistical subjects which had an importance in other sciences and a large application in different areas as waiting raws and rectifiable systems method , computer and communication systems and the theory of reliability and many other, also it used in modeling the phenomenon that occurred by unfixed way over time (all events that changed by time).
This research deals with some of the basic concepts that are related to the Non - Homogeneous Poisson process , This research carried out two models of the Non - Homogeneous Poisson process which are the power law model , and Musa –okumto , to estimate th
