((Human Resource Staffing Strategy and and its impact in the high performance A Field research in Ministry of Agriculture))

Abstract

were determine the problem of current research to answer the  question on the consciousness of the Ministry of Agriculture to adopt Staffing  strategy and identify the shortcomings  as the independent variable, represented by the three dimensions (recruitment , selection, placement) and its impact on high performance, as  dependent   variable is described  in  four dimensions (leadership, strategy, structure and processes, culture), in this research were  Used  analytical descriptive  style . This research aims to identify the correlation and impact  of Staffing strategy at high-performance in Ministry of Agriculture , To clarify the relationship between the major and minor research variables, it have been formulating  two main hypotheses branched into (6) minor hypothesis , questionnaire has been adopted as a tool in collection  data and information related to research , It has been prepared on the basis of a number of standards-based  use measure of  Likert  quintet is subjected  to the standards of validity and reliability, The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of  (126) administrative leaders working in the Ministry of Agriculture , the use of statistical software SPss,  the most significant a prominent was the correlation and the impact between the  strategy Staffing and high Performance Within the framework of the discussion  of the results ,The researcher offers a number of conclusions , the most important  that the measures being taken in a placement of human resources, is a routine procedure is not active  correctly in terms of making,  As well as a lack of planning to prepare to be hired annually  , Was put  a set of recommendations , most notably the work on the formulation of a strategy for the ministry with a clear vision and specific goals, in coordination with the departments and formations affiliate, As the researcher recommended the ministry must of seeking to develop a culture oriented towards achieving high performance

Studies in Iraq that concerned identification of free-living Protozoa (sarcodina) are scarce; so the current study deals with these protozoan communities inhabiting the Tigris River in Baghdad City. Sampling collection stations have been selected at each of AL-Gheraiˈat and AL-Adhamiyah area adjacent to the river. Monthly intervals sampling with three samples were collected from each station from June to September 2020. Burned kaolin, porcelinite, bauxite and limestone were selected to be testedas adsorption materials.The adsorption isotherms were evaluated by batch experiments, studyingthe effects of pH, temperature and initial phosphorus concentration. The results showed that at pH6, temperature 20°C and 300 mg/l initial phosphorus concentration; the sorption capacity was0.61, 9, 10 and 13 mg/g at 10 h contact time, for burned kaolin, porcelanite, limestone and bauxiterespectively. Adsorption of Congo Red Dye from Aqueous Solutions by Wheat husk

The present study aimed to evaluate the Wheat husk as low cost material, eco-friendly adsorbents for the removal of the carcinogenic dye (Congo red dye) from wastewater by investigate the effect of, at different conditions such as, pH(3-10), amount of adsorbents (1-2.3gm/L),and particle size (125-1000) μm, initial Congo red dye concentration(10, 25 , 50 and 75mg/l)  by batch experiments. Effect of Some Essential Oils on American Cockroach Periplaneta Americana L

Essential oils were extracted from Syzqiumoramac clove, Nigella sativa and eucalyptus oil for purpose of studying effect of these oils on adult cockroaches as repellents and extent of their attraction to them by treating biscuits with three concentrations (0.5, 0.25,1%). The results showed that clove oil was significantly more repellent than black seed oil at a concentration (1%), as average for five days was (0.32) compared to black seed oil (1.36). Insects attracted towards lunch averaged 7.58, 14 and this indicates fading of repellent effect due to penetration of the aroma of volatile clove oil. This method involves using zinc nitrate and urea in aqueous solution, then (AgNO3) Solution with different concentrations is added. The obtained precipitated compound is structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
