The research aims at identifying the extent to which the top management in the organization is interested in managing the talents of its employees, through which it can face the competing organizations, as well as the great challenges faced by all organizations in recent years. The task of attracting and maintaining talented human resources is one of the biggest challenges facing Organizations of all kinds, through which success and progress can be achieved in organizations, and that any success cannot be achieved without attention to human resources, and despite the importance of talent management, we find that the organization investigated (the public company For dairy products in Baghdad) and other organizations do not attach sufficient importance to the Department and to its talented individuals. The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between the interest in talent management and the achievement of organizational success through the two main hypotheses that were formulated for this purpose. The first is the existence of a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of talent management and organizational success. Variables. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was adopted which included (27) paragraphs to collect the preliminary data from the sample of the research consisting of (49) people (20) of the administrative and (29) people of the company employees and relying on personal interviews and field visits to collect data as well as Books and scientific references in libraries. All the questionnaires were subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS program and based on a number of statistical methods to deal with those data. The statistical results recorded that all correlation relationships were significant, indicating that the company in question pays attention to the outstanding talents of the employees and thus succeeds in During the course of which the research presented a number of proposals, the most important of which is the emphasis on the continuous development of staff in line with the developments in the same field, as well as the administration's adoption of the foundations and programs related to the success of the company and the disclosure of the employees to work with them, Assign the right place in the company to the potential for success and progress of the company under consideration .
The aim of this paper is to present the first record of ctenophore species Pleurobrachia pileus (O. F. Müller, 1776) in the coral reef as was recently found in Iraqi marine waters. The specimens were collected from two sites, the first was in Khor Abdullah during May 2015, and the second site was located in the pelagic water of the coral reef area, near the Al-Basrah deep sea crude oil marine loading terminal. Three samples were collected at this site during May 2015, February and March 2018 which showed that P. pileus were present at a densities of 3.0, 2.2 and 0.55 ind./ m3 respectively. The species can affect on the abundance of other zooplankton community through predation.

Removal of Congo red, Rhodamine B, and Dispers Blue dyes from water solution have been achieved using Flint Clay as an adsorbent. The adsorption was studied as a function of contact time, adsorbent dose, pH, and temperature under batch adsorption technique. The equilibrium data fit with Langmuir, Freundlich and Toth models of adsorption and the linear regression coefficient R2 was used to elucidate the best fitting isotherm model. Different thermodynamic parameters, namely Gibb’s free energy, enthalpy and entropy of the on-going adsorption process have also been evaluated. Batch technique has been employed for the kinetic measurements and the adsorption of the three dyes follows a second order rate kinetics. The kinetic investigations al

Phase change materials are extensively studied for use in low-, mid-, and high-temperature applications due to their melting and solidification temperatures, latent heat, and thermophysical properties. This work aims to explore the energy stored, or released and their duration for the energy storage unit formed of a phase change material surrounding a tube within which a hot or cold, single or Two-Phase fluid flows, serving as a heat source or sink. The 3D axial transient thermal analysis of the energy storage unit is performed using the finite element method via a MATLAB-developed computer program. The effects of single- or Two-Phase fluid flow on temperature distribution, solidification, melting duration, and energy stored within phase ch

Thymol is likely responsible for the theraputic effects of Nigella sativa leaf callus extract. In this short study the inhibitory effect of Nigella sativa leaf callus extract (Thymol) has been studied on Human Lorgnx Epidrmoid Carcinoma (Hep-2) cell line during different exposure period of time (24, 48 and 72 hrs.) using different concentration of the extract (1000, 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100 µg/ml). The optical density of the Hep-2 cells has been readed on 492 nm wave length. Thymol –induced cytotoxicity was (500 µg/ml) which inhibit cell growing compared to the control and this
