Irak Türk ağızları Azeri Türkçesinin bir uzantısı olarak değerlendirilir.Kerkük Türkçesiyle yazılan edebi ürünler, Irak Türkçesinin tamamını ifade etmek üzere kullanılmaktadır. Zamanın Eli divanı Kerkük Türkçesile yazılan bir eserdir. Bu yüzden bu divanı seçtik ve Irak Türkmen Türkçesi , Osmanlı Türkçesi ve Türkiye Türkçesi dilleri arasında  karşılaştırmalı bir inceleme yaptık.

Abstract:

Viral marketing has become one of the modern strategies adopted by organizations in the marketing of products and services. The idea of viral marketing focuses on the social relations between individuals and groups. As a result of the technological development, most organizations have resorted to using the Internet and its applications and social media to market and promote their products. To reach the largest number of consumers to display their products and services in many ways, including text, audio, visual or video and thus affect the behavior of the consumer.

             Bioindicators have an important role in assessing the quality of water bodies. Aquatic oligocheates, was used as a bioindicator to assess the sediment quality of Al-Hindyia and AL-Abbasyia river (branches of Euphrates River in Iraq). New Schiff-base ligands bearing tetrazole moiety and their polymeric metal complexes with Co(II), Ni(II) and Cd(II) ions are reported. Ligands were prepared in a multiple-step reaction. So, evaluations of flexible pavement performance are necessary for the proper management of transportation infrastructure. The problem of Bi-level programming is to reduce or maximize the function of the target by having another target function within the constraints. This problem has received a great deal of attention in the programming community due to the proliferation of applications and the use of evolutionary algorithms in addressing this kind of problem. Two non-linear bi-level programming methods are used in this paper. The goal is to achieve the optimal solution through the simulation method using the Monte Carlo method using different small and large sample sizes.
