The Effect of technical innovation on the human resources management ambidexterity through job emededdness
...Show More Authors

The current research aims to validate the Effect of technical innovation on human resources management ambidexterity through job embeddedness. The current research was done in  Al-Etihad Food Industries Co. Ltd. And within the industrial environment, the research was designed according to the descriptive research. And to achieve the main goal of the research above, the researcher used the questionnaire as a key instrument to collect data through the views of a sample of managers, and employees at the senior, middle and executive management level. The research sample reached (107) individuals, the data were analysed using the statistical packages (SPSS v. 26) and ( SMART PLS v 3. 3. 8) the group of statistical methods ( bazonic media, normative deviation, difference factor, environmental adequacy test, corrosive analysis, materiality, porson, simple linear decline, Sobel news) was employed to extract results. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most notable of which was that Al-Etihad Food Industries Co. Ltd. Company demonstrated its ability to guide the human resources management ambidexterity in improving its technical innovation directly, and indirectly using job embeddedness, especially as it relies on links and sacrifice when it attempts to raise high levels of such creativity. It may be appropriate when it wants to reduce the level of technical innovation. While the scientific impact of research was to verify the relationship of promoting technical innovation under the human resources management ambidexterity by streamlining functional lines, the current study represents adding a small part of knowledge and is a starting point for much future research and resolving the problems that industrial organizations may face in the future through the recommendations to be formulated, in addition to the need for such studies by Iraqi industrial organizations, especially the light of current trends focusing on how to develop our national products

An Approximated Solutions for nth Order Linear Delay Integro-Differential Equations of Convolution Type Using B-Spline Functions and Weddle Method
...Show More Authors

The paper is devoted to solve nth order linear delay integro-differential equations of convolution type (DIDE's-CT) using collocation method with the aid of B-spline functions. A new algorithm with the aid of Matlab language is derived to treat numerically three types (retarded, neutral and mixed) of nth order linear DIDE's-CT using B-spline functions and Weddle rule for calculating the required integrals for these equations. Comparison between approximated and exact results has been given in test examples with suitable graphing for every example for solving three types of linear DIDE's-CT of different orders for conciliated the accuracy of the results of the proposed method.

Salivary tumor marker CA15-3 and selected elements in relation to oral health status among a group of breast cancer women
...Show More Authors

Background: Breast cancer is the commonest type of malignancy worldwide and in Iraq. It is a serious disease that affects the general health and cause systemic changes that affect the physical and chemical properties of saliva leading to adverse effects on oral health. This study was conducted toassess the tumor marker CA15-3 and selected elements in saliva and their relation to oral health status among breast cancer patients compared to control group. Materials and Methods: The total sample consisted of 60 women aged 35-45 years. 30 women were newly diagnosed with breast cancer before taking any treatment and surgery (study group) and 30 women without clinical signs and symptoms of breast cancer as a control group. Dental caries was record

Level and Statistical Distribution of Thyroid Peroxidase and Thyroid Hormones in Iraqi patients with Type1 Diabetes Mellitus at Al-Karkh Side
...Show More Authors

Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) is an autoimmune disease frequently associated with autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD). The study is conducted at the Specialized Center for Endocrinology and Diabetes-Baghdad at Al-karkh side, during December 2013 up to April 2014. In this study, we investigate the prevalence of anti-thyroid peroxidase (anti-TPO) antibody in(80) type1 diabetic patients with (AITD) and (30) healthy controls .Blood samples are taken for investigation of thyroid tests by using Vitek Immunodiagnstic Assay System (VIDAS).Enzeme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is used to detect anti-thyroid antibody(anti-TPO). The results show that age, gender and BMI (body mass index) are similar in both groups, p>0.05. Among 80 type1 diabetic

Inhibition activity of Saccharomyces boulardii and Lactobacillus acidophilus against pathogenic E.coli isolates from Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection in women In Vitro
...Show More Authors

The aims of study is to detect the inhibitory effect of Saccharomyces boulardii and Lactobacillus acidophilus on Escherichia coli that has been isolated from recurrent urinary tract infection in women. The sensitivity of E.coli isolates to antibiotics had been studied and the most resistant E.coli isolate to antibiotics had been studied .The cup assay was used on nutrient agar and Muller-Hinton agar to detect the inhibitory activity for each S.boulardii yeast grown on YEGP media and L.acidophilus grown on MRS media in which the result showed a high inhibition activity for each of them .Also in this study the adhesion property of E.coli had been evaluated in the presence of S.boulardii at concentration of 1×109 and L.acidophilus at conc

A Multi-modal Critical Discourse Analysis of Selected English Political Cartoons تحليل خطاب نقدي متعدد الوسائط لرسوم كاريكاتورية سياسية إنجليزية مختارة
...Show More Authors

This study analyses six political cartoons selected based on their relevance to current Iraqi political issues, specifically the period between 2005 and 2015, from American online newspapers (calgecartooms.com). The selection criteria included the cartoons' satirical elements, visual rhetoric, and their ability to engage with themes such as power dynamics, social issues, and public opinion. It sheds light on how these cartoons can function as mediators of meanings between the cartoonists and the readers. The data is examined using multimodal discourse analysis (MDA), which combines language study with the analysis of other visual elements, like colors, gestures, and images, to understand meaning (O’Halloran et al., 2011). The Visual Socia

Preparation of N-A Cysteine-capped CdTe/CdS/ZnS core/shell/shell QDs as a Selective Probe for Detecting Damaged DNA
...Show More Authors

In this study, NAC-capped CdTe/CdS/ZnS core/double shell QDs were synthesized in an aqueous medium to investigate their utility in distinguishing normal DNA from mutated DNA extracted from biological samples. Following the interaction between the synthesized QDs with DNA extracted from leukemia cases (represents damaged DNA) and that of healthy donors (represents undamaged DNA), differential fluorescent emission maxima and intensities were observed. It was found that damaged DNA from leukemic cells DNA-QDs conjugates at 585 nm while intact DNA (from healthy subjects) DNA–QDs conjugates at 574 nm. The obtained results from the optical analyses indicate that the prepared QDs could be utilized as probe for detecting disrupted DNA th

Correlation of Protein Tyrosine Kinase with Thyroid Hormones in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients and those with Diabetic Nephropathy Iraqi Patients.
...Show More Authors

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder categorized hyperglycemia resulting from defects in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) is an enzyme that catalyzes the transfer of phosphate groups from ATP to the tyrosine residues of many important proteins resulting in proteins phosphorylation. The aim of current study was to evaluate serum levels of protein tyrosine kinase enzyme and thyroid hormone (T3, T4and TSH) and to find the correlation between them in type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy Iraqi patients. Methods: This study was conducted at The National Diabetes Center, Al-Mustansiriya University, Baghdad, Iraq and included 150 patients divided into three groups the first group included 50
