The Role Of Succession Planning In Human Capital Development In Organizations ( the Field of the research at the Oil Training Institute – Baghdad
...Show More Authors

To identify the importance of the role of succession planning in developing human capital in organizations in light of the accelerating and dynamic events and changes in the work environment, and the research problem indicated the seriousness of employees retiring or leaving their positions for any reason and the extent of its impact on the organization in creating gaps in leadership and problems In managing the talent injection because there will be a shortage of talent, which in turn will affect the general performance of the business in the researched institute, so the importance of research appears in trying to present a set of solutions through which some of the problems facing the organization in question are addressed to the extent that it relates to the variables studied. .The researcher relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for the purpose of collecting research data, and it was prepared based on two ready-made scales after they were subjected to validity and stability tests to suit the research objectives, in addition to the researcher's adoption of the method of personal interviews relying on some questionnaire questions for the purpose of verifying credibility In the answer, it was distributed to a sample of (66) employees at the Baghdad Oil Training Institute, and the ready-made statistical program (SPSS. V. 22) was used to enter the data obtained and analyze it .The statistical tools used in the analysis produced a set of results, all of which confirmed the existence of a statistically significant correlation and influence between the investigated variables in a manner that confirms the validity of the research hypotheses, so the researcher concluded the importance of the role of succession planning in developing human capital and enhancing knowledge, capabilities and capabilities of employees and thus their industry as substitutes Ready for career succession . The current research provides a basis for adopting the concept of succession planning and its effective role in developing human resources in organizations and providing potential successors to fill the need, whether naturally or emergency, to avoid the organization's state of confusion and dispersion

MULTIPLE MIXING RATIOS OF GAMMA RAY TRANSITIONS FROM 𝟔𝟎𝐍𝐝 𝟏𝟒𝟐− 𝟏𝟓𝟎 (𝐧, 𝐧 ˊ𝛄) 𝟔𝟎𝐍𝐝 𝟏𝟒𝟐− 𝟏𝟓𝟎 REACTION USING 𝒂𝟐- RATIO METHOD
...Show More Authors

In the current work, the mixing ratios ( 𝛿 ) of gamma transitions were calculated from energy levels in the isotopes neodymium 60𝑁𝑎 142−150 populated in the 60Nd 142− 150 (n, n ˊγ) 60Nd 142− 150 using the 𝑎2 ratio method. We used the experimental coefficient (𝑎2 ) for two γ-transitions from the initial state itself, the statistical tensor 𝜌2(𝐽𝑖), associated with factor 𝑎2 , would be the same for the two transitions. The results obtained are in good agreement or within the experimental error with -those previously published. And existing contradictions resulting from inaccuracies in the empirical results of previous work. The current results confirm that the , 𝑎2 − method is used to calculate th

Synthesis and Characterization of Schiff Base Metal Complexes Derived from Trimethoprim and mixed ligands with 8-hydroxy quinolone and study biologically activity
...Show More Authors

Schiff base obtained from the reaction (Trimethoprim) with (sodiumpyruvate ) to produce the ligand [NaL], the reaction was carried out in methanol as a solvent under reflux. The prepared ligand [NaL] was characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, 1H,13C-NMR spectra, mass spectra, and melting point.A new mixed ligand complexes have been prepared between ( 8- hydroxyquinolone) and the ligand [NaL] withMn(II).Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II), (Zn(II) ,(Cd(II)and Pd(II). All the complexes were characterized by spectroscopic methods (FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy), chloride content and melting point ,molar conductance and magnetic susceptibility. These measure- ments showed octahedral geometry around(,Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+) ions and square pla

The new ligand [N1,N4-bis((1H-benzo[d]Glyoxalin-2-yl)carbamothioyl)Butanedi amide] (NCB) derived from Butanedioyl diisothiocyanate with 2-aminobenz imidazole was used to prepare a chain of new metal complexes of Cr(III), Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Pd(II), Ag(I), Cd(II) by general formula [M(NCB)]Xn ,Where M= Cr(III), n=3, X=Cl; Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Pd(II), Cd(II) ,n=2 , X=Cl; Ag(I), n=1, X=NO3. Characterized compounds on the basis of 1H, 13CNMR (for (NCB), FT-IR and U.V spectrum, melting point, molar conduct, %C, %H, %N and %S, the percentage of the metal in complexes %M, Magnetic susceptibility, thermal studies (TGA),while its corrosion inhibition for mild steel in Ca(OH)2 solution is studied by weight loss. Synthesis, Characterization, and Biological Activity of New Metal Ion Complexes with Schiff Base (Z)-3((E)-2-Hydroxybenzylidene) Hydrazineylidene) Indolin-2-One
...Show More Authors

The study involved preparing a new compound by combining between 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and (Z)-3-hydrazineylideneindolin-2-one resulting in Schiff bases and metal ions: Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) forming stable minerals-based-Schiff complexes. The formation of resulting Schiff bases is detected spectrally using LC-Mss which gave corresponding results with theoretical results, 1H-NMR proves the founding of N=CH signal, FT-IR indicates the occurrence of imine band and UV-VIs mean is proved the ligand formation. On the other hand, minerals-based-Schiff was characterized using the same spectral means that relied with ligand (Schiff bases). Those means gave satisfactory results and proved the suggested distinguishable geometries.

Micro-shear bond strength of a novel resin-modified glass ionomer luting cement (eRMGIC) functionalized with organophosphorus monomer to different dental substrates
...Show More Authors

Objectives: This study aims to assess and compare the micro-shear bond strength (μSBS) of a novel resin-modified glass-ionomer luting cement functionalized with a methacrylate co-monomer containing a phosphoric acid group, 30 wt% 2-(methacryloxy) ethyl phosphate (2-MEP), with different substrates (dentin, enamel, zirconia, and base metal alloy). This assessment is conducted in comparison with conventional resin-modified glass ionomer cement and self-adhesive resin cement. Materials and methods: In this in vitro study, ninety-six specimens were prepared and categorized into four groups: enamel (A), dentin (B), zirconia (C), and base metal alloys (D). Enamel (E) and dentin (D) specimens were obtained from 30 human maxillary first premolars e
