The current research aims to verify the role of strategic intelligence as an explanatory variable in organizational success as a respondent variable in the colleges of the University of Fallujah, the research community. (Dean, Associate Dean, Section Head, Division Officer, Unit Officer), The researcher used the questionnaire as the main tool to collect data that included (50) items, in addition to using personal interviews and field observations as aids in data collection. The researcher relied on statistical programs (SPSS V.25; Excel V (16) In the treatment and analysis of data through the use of the most appropriate statistical methods (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, difference coefficient, determination coefficient (R2), F test, simple linear regression, relative importance, Pearson correlation coefficient,) to test its hypotheses, the research has reached To a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that the top management in the colleges of the University of Fallujah use the dimensions of strategic intelligence represented by (foresight, thinking in systems, future vision, motivation, partnership) Grouped It is necessary to enhance organizational success, more than if these dimensions were used individually, and this indicates an interconnectedness and complementarity between these dimensions that has a greater impact on the collective style than if each dimension was used individually to achieve organizational success, this research proved the validity of the proposed hypotheses and the existence of Correlation and positive impact of strategic intelligence on organizational success, and based on the findings reached, a set of recommendations was developed, the most important of which was the need for higher management in the colleges of Fallujah University to pay attention to the process of motivating employees and efficient cadres, because the positive effects of the motivation process contribute to increasing efficiency and effectiveness Individuals working to achieve outstanding performance.
The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the impact of deposit insurance to reduce banking risks, as banks in various countries of the world face a variety of risks that led to banking and financial crises that led to the failure and bankruptcy of many of its bank, which led to the banks to find quick and appropriate solutions to get rid of these difficulties These solutions include the use of bank deposit protection system for the many risks and sequences of crises that accompanied the Iraqi banking work of thefts, forgery, embezzlement and changing and unstable circumstances. The importance of studying the subject of research through the theoretical framework of banking risks as well as the framework of consideration In order to

Mixed ligand complexes of Mn((ІІ), Co(ІІ), Ni(ІІ), Cu(ІІ), Zn(ІІ) and Cd(ІІ) are reacted in ethanol with Schiff base ligand [HL] and 8-hydroxyquinoline [HQ] then reacted with metal salts in ethanol as a solvent in (1:1:1) ratio. The ligand [HL] is characterized by FTIR, UV-Vis, melting point, elemental microanalysis (C.H.N), 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and mass spectra. The mixed ligand complexes are characterized by infrared spectra, electronic spectra, (C.H.N), melting point, atomic absorption, molar conductance and magnetic moment me

Show MoreThe research includes the synthesis and identification of the mixed ligands complexes of M(II) Ions in general composition [M(Lyn)2(phen)] Where L- lysine (C6H14N2O2) commonly abbreviated (LynH) as a primary ligand and 1,10-phenanthroline(C12H8N2) commonly abbreviated as "phen," as a secondary ligand . The ligands and the metal chlorides were brought in to reaction at room temperature in ethanol as solvent. The reaction required the following molar ratio [(1:1:2) (metal): phen:2 Lyn -] with M(II) ions, were M = Mn(II),Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Fe(II) and Cd(II). Our research also includes studying the bio–activity of the some complexes prepared against pathogenic bacteria Escherichia coli(-),Staphylococcus(-) , Pseudomonas (-), Bacillus (-)

Show MoreIn the process of translating Qur’anic texts, there is an urgent need for interpretations of the Qur’anic text due to the presence of many incomprehensible Qur’anic verses or words because of our distance from the standard Arabic, language in which the Holy Qur’an was revealed, and the introduction of the foreign words into our language, in addition to the fact that many Qur’anic words are no longer used. All this prompted the need for the interpretation of the Qur'anic text, Therefore, it is necessary for the translator to resort to the books of interpretation if he intends to translate the Qur’an
This research provides a study of the virtual museums features and characteristics and contributes to the recognition of the diversity of visual presentation methods, as the virtual museums give the act of participation and visual communication with programs at an open time, so that it would contribute to reflection, thinking and recording notes, developing the actual and innovative skills through seeing the environments. The study has been divided into two sections the first one is virtual museum techniques. The techniques were studied to reach the public and are used remotely by the services of personal computers or smart phones being virtual libraries that store images and information that was formed and built in a digital way and how
