The quality of the auditor's report in the local environment in compliance with the requirements of the ISA 701 standard
...Show More Authors

The research aims to demonstrate the quality of the auditor’s report by analyzing a number of models represented by the auditor’s report based on the Iraqi audit evidence and the auditor’s report in light of the application of international auditing standards for the report and the auditor’s report in light of the application of the International Auditing Standard 701, in addition to explaining the impact of applying the International Auditing Standard 701. International Auditing 701 in enhancing the quality of the auditor's report, and in order to reach these goals, a comparison was made on international experiences before and after the application of the standard in addition to the results of the questionnaire distributed to auditors in the Iraqi environment in the Federal Office of Financial Supervision and private offices. To a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the apparent deficiency in the Iraqi audit legislation and evidence, especially the local audit manual (2) as it lacked many things because it did not include many of the paragraphs of the new auditor’s report in the world compared to the international auditing standard 700, the most important of which is the reporting paragraph On the important matters in accordance with Standard 701, as well as the different contents of the accounts of the auditors' reports in Iraq, each according to the duration To be informed, convinced, experienced, and adhered to international auditing standards and local audit evidence. And that the majority of account auditors in the Iraqi environment do not adhere to the Iraqi and international auditing standards, and this greatly affects the accuracy of the information contained in the Iraqi report as it is the means used to inform the data users of the opinion of the neutral technical auditor, as they claim that they are reporting important audit matters from Throughout the explanations section they present in their reports relying on Iraqi audit evidence, as they assume that the users concerned with their reports are rational, and this does not mean abandoning the responsibility to protect the interests of those users in all circumstances.

Pre-column dervatization of amino acids from nigella sativa L seed hydrolysates by reversed phase HPLC
...Show More Authors

A rapid and sensitive method for analysis of amino acid hydrolysates of nigella sativa L seed has been developed using O-phthaldialehyde(OPA ) as a pre-column derivatizing agent. OPA reagents in the presence of mercaptoethanol react rapidly with primary amino acids ( less than 60 sec.) to form isindole derivatives which easily separated with good selectivity on ODS column. Resolution of amino acid derivatives is carried out with a methanol gradient in 0.01 maqueous sodium acetate. pH 7.1 . The quantitation of amino acid derivatives is reproducible within an average relative deviation of + 1.4% the linearity for most amino acids were more than 0.9993 with detection limit of 0.2 ppm. 15 amino acid were detected in the analysis of

...Show More Authors

This study aims to fabricate and assess the β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) bioactive ceramic coat layer on bioinert ceramic zirconia implants through the direct laser melting technique by applying a long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser of 1064 nm. Surface morphologies, adherence, and structural change in the coatings were evaluated by optical microscopy, field emission scanning electron microscope, hardness, and x-ray diffractometer. The elastic modulus (EM) of the coating was also determined using the nanoindentation test. The quality of the coating was improved when the laser power was 90 W with a decrease in the scan speed to 4 mm s−1. The chemical composition of the coat was maintained after laser processing; also, the Energy Dispersive

Comparative Study for Removal of Zn+2 Ions from Aqueous Solutions by Adsorption and Forward Osmosis
...Show More Authors

The aim of this paper was to investigate the removal efficiencies of Zn+2 ions from wastewater by adsorption (using tobacco leaves) and forward osmosis (using cellulose triacetate (CTA) membrane). Various experimental parameters were investigated in adsorption experiment such as: effect of pH (3 - 7), contact time (0  - 220) min, solute concentration (10 - 100) mg/l, and adsorbent dose (0.2 - 5)g. Whereas for forward osmosis the operating parameters studied were: draw solution concentration (10 - 150) g/l, pH of feed solution (4 - 7), feed solution concentration (10 - 100) mg/l. The result showed that the removal efficiency by using adsorption was 70% and the removal efficiency by using forward osmosis was 96.2 %.

Preparation, Structural Characterization and Biological Activities of Curcumin-Metal(II)-L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanin(L-dopa)complexes
...Show More Authors

In the present work, a first-row divalent d-transition metal obtained from curcumin(Curc) and L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanin(L-dopa)have been synthesized which their complexes and characterized by C.H.N, conductance, spectral methods: FT-IR, Ultra–Visible. Magneto-chemical measurements, molar conductance ΛM (1×10−3 mol/L in DMSO):36- 0.84 ohm-1.cm2.mol-1 (non-electrolyte). The data shows that the complexes have the structure [M((II))-(Curc)-(L-dopa)] system. Electronic and magnetic data suggest an octahedral geometry for all complexes in which the (L-dopa) and curcumin act as bidentate ligands. Curcumin coordinated to the metal ions M (II) through the lone pair of electrons of oxygen in 2(C=O) groups. The (L-dopa) coordinated to M (II) a

Comparison of Maximum Likelihood and some Bayes Estimators for Maxwell Distribution based on Non-informative Priors
...Show More Authors

In this paper, Bayes estimators of the parameter of Maxwell distribution have been derived along with maximum likelihood estimator. The non-informative priors; Jeffreys and the extension of Jeffreys prior information has been considered under two different loss functions, the squared error loss function and the modified squared error loss function for comparison purpose. A simulation study has been developed in order to gain an insight into the performance on small, moderate and large samples. The performance of these estimators has been explored numerically under different conditions. The efficiency for the estimators was compared according to the mean square error MSE. The results of comparison by MSE show that the efficiency of B

Structural and optical properties of ZnO doped Mg thin films deposited by pulse laser deposition (PLD)
...Show More Authors

This paper reports the effect of Mg doping on structural and optical properties of ZnO prepared by pulse laser deposition (PLD). The films deposited on glass substrate using Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm) as the light source. The structure and optical properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmittance measurements. The films grown have a polycrystalline wurtzite structure and high transmission in the UV-Vis (300-900) nm. The optical energy gap of ZnO:Mg thin films could be controlled between (3.2eV and 3.9eV). The refractive index of ZnO:Mg thin films decreases with Mg doping. The extinction coefficient and the complex dielectric constant were also investigate.
