Analysis of the structure of salaries of public sector workers for strategic planning purposes An analytical study in the general body of groundwater
...Show More Authors

The research discusses the problem of salaries in the public sector in terms of the process of analyzing its structure and the possibility of benefiting from the information provided by the analysis process for the strategic planning process, and the General Authority for Groundwater has been adopted and one of the formations of the Ministry of Water Resources, which is centrally funded, to represent the salary structure of its employees (1117) employees be a field of research, as the salary structure in it was analyzed for the period between (2014-2019) using the quantitative approach to analysis and by relying on a number of statistical tools in the analysis process, including mathematical circles, upper limits, lower limits, percentage and rate of change, and the research reached a set of conclusions, including knowledge of the behavior of salary movements, the size and distribution of detailed spending and its concentration, giving a clear vision about the nature of the use of the country's financial and human resources as far as the matter is concerned with research, analysis of the strategic dimension resulting from decisions to reduce spending, and the contribution of detailed data and information resulting from the analysis process in developing appropriate policies and strategies. The process of analyzing salaries and according to the approved tables of analysis tables, contributed to the disclosure of the failures in salaries and its structure, whether in the technical side of the structure or the administrative and accounting aspects related to public operational spending and the preparation and distribution of workers, and their impact on the strategy developed and in a manner that leads to the achievement of maximum benefit resources and capabilities and directing them towards optimal use.

Some Pro and Anti-Inflammatory Cytokines in Children with Tonsillitis and their Correlations with Vitamin D Deficiency
...Show More Authors

Inflammation of the tonsils could be described as acute tonsillitis, mainly due to infection. Recurrent tonsillitis could be defined as 3-7 episodes during the first 3 years of age. Vitamin D, which is a neuro-hormone with pleiotropic biological activities may modulate the immune response by alleviation, and stimulation of Th1 and Th2 cell proliferation, respectively, that influence the stimulation, synthesis, and secretion of both pro and anti-inflammatory cytokines. In this study we aimed to shed light on the levels of vitamin D in children with different episodes of tonsillitis in association with levels of interleukins (TNFα, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10). Blood samples were collected from 48 participants in 3 groups: control, acute tonsilliti

Relationship Between Interleukin -33( IL-33) and C- Reactive Protein in Iraqi Women Patients with Celiac Disease
...Show More Authors

Interleukin -33 is a new member of the IL-1 superfamily of cytokines that is expressed mainly by stromal cells. Its expression is upregulated following pro-inflammatory stimulation.Aim of the present study was to assess the serum IL-33 level and its relationship with inflammatory biomarker CRP in Iraqi females patients with celiac disease. Thirty five patients with celiac disease (CD) and thirty healthy individuals as control group were enrolled in this study, their age ranged (20-35) year.Anti-Gliadin IgA ,IgG and Anti-Tissue IgA ,IgG were estimated in all subjects as diagnostic parameters .ESR and CRP were assayed as inflammatory biomarkers. IL-33 was determined in patients and control groups. The results of the present study revealed a hig

Integrating Quantum Computing and Predictive Analytics and Their Role in Reducing Costs and Achieving Sustainable Development Goals
...Show More Authors

Objectives: The research aims to demonstrate the integration between Quantum Computing (QC) and Predictive Analysis (PA) and their role in reducing costs while achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study addresses the inefficiencies in calculating and measuring product costs under traditional systems and examines how QC and PA can enhance cost reduction and product quality to better meet customer needs. Additionally, the research seeks to strengthen the theoretical framework with practical applications, illustrating how this integration improves a company’s competitive position while promoting social, environmental, and economic sustainability.   Methods: The study employs a descriptive analytical approach, focusi

MIXED CONVECTION PHENOMINA AFFECTED BY RADIATION IN A HORIZONTAL RECTANGULAR DUCT WITH COCENTRIC AND ECCENTRIC CIRCULAR CORE
...Show More Authors

The numerical investigation has been performed to study the radiation affected steady state laminar mixed convection induced by a hot inner varied positions circular core in a horizontal rectangular channel for a fully developed flow. To examine the effects of thermal radiation on thermo fluid dynamics behavior in the eccentric geometry channel, the generalized body fitted co-ordinate system is introduced while the finite difference method is used for solving the radiative transport equation. The governing equations which used are continuity, momentum and energy equations. These equations are normalized and solved using the Vorticity-Stream function. After validating numerical results for the case without radiation, the detailed radiatio

Utilizing Konjac Sponge Carrier to EnhancePolyhydroxybutyrate Production Using Bacillus Subtilis and Loquat Seeds in Solid-State Fermentation
...Show More Authors

Solid-state fermentation (SSF) is an advanced bioprocess technique with several advantages; however, various challenges including nutrient heterogeneity and limited mass transfer. To address these limitations, this study investigated the use of konjac sponge as an inert carrier for Bacillus subtilis in an adsorbed-carrier SSF (ACSSF) system employing loquat seed hydrolysate, and examined the effects of substrate composition, moisture content, and inoculum size, which were subsequently optimized. The results demonstrate that the adsorbed carrier system enables better contact between the microorganism and the substrate, leading to boosted mass transfer and hence Polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) production. Under the optimized conditions (pH

Comparison Between Conventional and Supersaturable Self-nanoemulsion Loaded with Nebivolol: Preparation and In-vitro/Ex-vivo Evaluation
...Show More Authors

Nebivolol (NBH) is a third-generation B1-blocker with high selectivity and vasodilation activity. Nevertheless, nebivolol exhibits low oral bioavailability, which may adversely affect its efficacy. Recently, supersaturable self-nanoemulsion (Su-SNE) is an advanced SNE approach that can address low bioavailability The study aims to prepare nebivolol-loaded Su-SNE by reduction the amount of the prepared conventional SNE to half. Besides, an appropriate polymer type and concentration to prevent NBH precipitation upon oral administration have investigated.. A conventional self-nanoemulsion (formula A) was prepared by dissolving NBH in 500 mg vehicle mixture of imwitor®988: cremophor-EL: propylene glycol. Then, eight Su-SNE formul
