قياس جودة نظام الحكم أنموذج فعالة الأداء الحكومي في العراق

Language is a gift from God to His servants, as it is a tool of communication, rather it is a tool of life, and without it, life cannot be straight and complete.

  A language is a kind of substitution. A vocal disorder that  may be a disease of speech, and it is one of the obstacles caused by organic and congenital causes, perhaps the common one is genetic.If we separate between lisping in children and separating it from what happens in adults, we find that lisping in children may have psychological causes as well as other ones, this is what we will show in this research.

تناول البحث اثر النساء في البيت العباسي وتأثيرهن الثقافي والعلمي في التراث البغدادي ، وانعكاسه على الواقع الاجتماعي الذي يعد بحد ذاته مظهر من مظاهر الانسجام والتلاحم بين الماضي والحاضر إذ تركن أثرا بارزا في الحضارة والعلم وأسهمن بصورة مباشره او غير مباشره في دعم وتطور الحضارة  العربية الإسلامية .

يعتبر مفهوم المجتمع المدني من بين سلة المفاهيم التي حملت لوائها واعادت رفعها حركات الموجة الثالثة من الديمقراطية في العالم التي نادت بالتعددية والانتخابات الحرة ...الخ .

تناول هذا البحث مراجعة لعدد من الكتب التي ألفت في جغرافية العراق العربية منها والإنكليزية، وتحديداً الكتب في العصر الحديث، إذ توصل البحث الى وجود مجموعة من الكتب التي تناولت مختلف جوانب العراق الطبيعية منها والبشرية، اتضح أن بعض الكتب الجغرافية تناولت الجانب الجغرافي الطبيعي فقط، في حين أن كتب أخرى تناولت الجانب الجغرافي البشري فقط. وأخرى جمعت بين الجغرافية الطبيعية والبشرية للعراق.

The Current research aims to identify ( The effects of Daniel Model in Cognitive Motivation for the Students of the Third grade average ) , To verify the objective of this research , the researchers added nul hypothesis following : There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of ( 0.05 ) between the average scores of students who studied Daniel Model and the average students who studied by using traditional method in Cognitive Motivation scale. Milling Machining is a widely accepted nontraditional machining technique used to produce parts with complex shapes and configurations. The material is removed in two stages roughing and finishing, the flat end cutter removed the unwanted part of material, then finished by end mill cutter. In milling technique, the role of machining factors such as cutting depth, spindle speed and feed has been studied using Taguchi technique to find its effectiveness on surface roughness.  Practical procedure is done by Taguchi Standard matrix.
