Intellectual Capital and Role in Achieving of Management of Customer Experience : A field study of the views of a sample of the leaders of Iraqi banks
...Show More Authors

The issue of intellectual capital is a critical issue in the success and excellence of organizations, especially if it is linked to the management of customer experience, and because of the characteristic of the Iraqi environment, which affected all sectors, including the banking sector, it was important to discuss the types of intellectual capital and its relationship to the management of customer experience, especially when managers private banks, the importance of research lies in the linking of its variables to build the strategic capabilities of banks to achieve excellence and sustainability, it aims to diagnose the extent of interest in the types of intellectual capital and management of customer experience in the Iraqi banking sector.

One of the most important hypotheses from which the research started is that intellectual capital has a significant influence on the management of the customer's experience. The research community represented (33) private banks in Baghdad, where the sample of the research targeted (10) banks, represented by (120) executive director in the general administration of the researched banks and those who have them. A direct relationship with customers and participants in banking decision-making, the analytical method (quantitative) was adopted using the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information related to research. The appropriate statistical tools were chosen in terms of the Pearson's correlation coefficient to test the relationships between variables and the simple and multiple regression equation for impact testing by statistical programs (SPSSV.23), (AMOSV.23). The results also showed the validity of correlations and influence on the level of variables, then data analysis was performed. Diagnosing conclusions and formulating recommendations.

The most important findings of the research show that the executives of the banks of the research sample have employed the types of intellectual capital (human capital, relationship capital, structural capital) to achieve the management of the customer experience, where the results were generally higher correlation than the individual sub-dimensions.

The most important recommendations need to invest the relationship between the relationship capital (employee relationship, customer relationship) and the management of customer experience if the banks need to activate this relationship through which the customer is followed up and communicate with him and establish a good relationship and win the friendliness and trust of the customer by providing distinctive service Creating a distinctive image in the minds of customers

Background:The most common pattern of dyslipidemia in diabetic patients is increased triglyceride (TG) and decreased HDL cholesterol level, The concentration of LDL cholesterol in diabetic patients is usually not significantly different from non diabetic individuals, Diabetic patients may have elevated levels of non-HDL cholesterol [ LDL+VLDL]. However type 2 diabetic patients typically have apreponderance of smaller ,denser LDL particles which possibly increases atherogenicity even if the absolute concentration of LDL cholesterol is not significantly increased. The Third Adult Treatment Panel of the National Cholesterol Education Program (NCEP III) and the American Heart Association (AHA ) have designate diabetes as a coronary heart dis

Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever favouring factors virus transmission: Special focus on Iraq and neighbouring countries
...Show More Authors

Arthropod-borne infections, known as vector-borne diseases, are a significant threat to both humans and animals. These diseases are transmitted to humans and animals through the bites of infected arthropods. In the last half century, there have been a number of unexpected viral outbreaks in Middle Eastern countries. Recently, Iraq has witnessed an outbreak of the Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever virus with high morbidity and mortality rates in humans. However, very little is known about the prevalence and distribution of CCHFV in Iraq, and therefore, it is impossible to quantify the risk of infection. CCHFV is transmitted to humans through the bite of infected ticks. However, transmission can also occur through contact with the blood or ti

DIESEL PARTICULATE EMISSIONS EVALUATION FOR SINGLE CYLINDER ENGINE FUELLED WITH ETHANOL AND GAS-OIL SOLUTIONS
...Show More Authors

Particulate matter (PM) emitted from diesel engine exhaust have been measured in terms of mass, using
99.98 % pure ethanol blended directly, without additives, with conventional diesel fuel (gas – oil),to
get 10 % , 15 %, 20 % ethanol emulsions . The resulting PM collected has been compared with those
from straight diesel. The engine used is a stationary single cylinder, variable compression ratio Ricardo
E6/US. This engine is fully instrumented and could run as a compression or spark ignition.
Observations showed that particulate matter (PM) emissions decrease with increasing oxygenate
content in the fuel, with some increase of fuel consumption, which is due to the lower heating value of
ethanol. The reduction in

The current research aimed to identify the level of moral identity and social affiliation among students exposed to shock pressures, as well as to reveal the relationship between these variables. To achieve these objectives, the researcher adopted the diagnostic tool for the measure of post-traumatic stress disorder (PDS-5) scale (Foa, 2013) translated to Arabic language by (Imran, 2017). The researcher also adopted the moral identity scale built by (Al-Bayati, 2015) and the measure of social affiliation built by (Al-Jashami, 2013), which were applied to a random sample of (200) male and female students chose from al Anbar University. They were exposed to shock pressures. The results of the research showed that the sample has an average
