ملخـــص البحــــث

    من أهم مسائل الطلاق التي كثر حولها الخلاف: (الحلف بالطلاق وتعليقه بشرط )، لذا عمدت في هذه الصفحات اليسيرة ان اتناول بالبحث والدّراسة مسألة تُعَدُّ من المعضلات، وهي (ما يترتّب على الحلف بالطَّلاق إذا حنث الحالف). وقد فشا وكَثُرَ في الأزمنة المتأخرة الحلف بالطَّلاق في المجتمعات المسلمة، مما دفعني للكتابة فيه ببحث وسميته :

Virtual reality, VR, offers many benefits to technical education, including the delivery of information through multiple active channels, the addressing of different learning styles, and experiential-based learning. In This paper is proposed two ranking function for solving fuzzy linear programming and compare these two approach with trapezoidal fuzzy number .The proposed approach is very easy to understand and it can applicable, also the data were chosen from general company distribution of dairy (Canon company) was proposed test approach and compare; This paper prove that the second proposed approach is better to give the results and satisfy the minimal cost using Q.M. The species of Opilio kakunini Snegovaya, Cokendolpher & Mozaffarian, 2018 was recorded for the first time in Iraq; as well as to four species belonging to this order which were recorded previously. In this paper, we added a new species to the checklist of Iraqi opilionid fauna with a description of the most important characteristics, along with genitalia, for both males and females are presented with digital photographs. Specimens of males and females were collected from Al- Rifai district northern of Dhi-Qar Province, southern of Iraq.
 

Colonialism as a movement was very popular in Europe more than two centuries before. It aimed at controlling and exploiting several countries in Africa and Asia in addition to imposing their power and control on uninhabited islands. It received adherence and criticism as well. The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses.  يحاول البحث الحالي استكناه العلاقة بين عوامل الامن الانساني المفقودة في محافظة البصرة وبين موجة الاحتجاجات الواسعة التي اجتاحتها في تموز من عام 2018، اذ ان هذه المحافظة التي تعد ثالث أكبر المدن العراقية، والمطلة على المنفذ البحري العراقي الوحيد، والتي تحتوي على اكبر حقول للنفط تزود الموازنة العامة في العراق بما يقرب من 95% من العائدات المالية تعاني منذ سنوات طويلة من عدم انعكاس تلك الثروة على واق
