The role of the strategic mind of human resources managers in strategic drift
...Show More Authors

Abstract

The research aims to identify the role played by the strategic mind of human resources managers in reducing the levels of strategic drift that can face the organization, as the problem of research to overlook the importance of this role in monitoring and follow-up all the changes that may face the organization during the implementation of its strategy, therefore highlights the importance Research in providing a set of solutions to the problems faced by the researched organization and as far as the research variables, the researchers have adopted the descriptive analytical approach in the applied side, as adopted the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, which was prepared based on a number of ready measures after adapting them to the Iraqi environment, which was distributed to a sample of (52) of those who hold administrative positions in the General Company for Iraqi Cement, and after processing and analysis of data using a set of statistical tools, a set of results have been confirmed, Therefore, it was concluded that the explanatory variable (the strategic mind of human resources managers) contributes to reducing the levels of the response variable through its components, and therefore recommended the need to activate the role played by the strategic mind. Beyond human resources in the strategic drift through the creation of all supplies to activate its role and to create the right environment to work.

Bifurcation analysis of the role of good and bad bacteria in the decomposing toxins in the intestine with the impact of antibiotic and probiotics supplement
...Show More Authors

This study presents a mathematical model describing the interaction of gut bacteria in the participation of probiotics and antibiotics, assuming that some good bacteria become harmful through mutations due to antibiotic exposure. The qualitative analysis exposes twelve equilibrium points, such as a good-bacteria equilibrium, a bad-bacteria equilibrium, and a coexisting endemic equilibrium in which both bacteria exist while being exposed to antibiotics. The theory of the Sotomayor theorem is applied to study the local bifurcation around all possible equilibrium points. It’s noticed that the transcritical and saddle-node bifurcation could occur near some of the system’s equilibrium points, while pitchfork bifurcation cannot be accrued at

Effect of temperature on viability of human hydatid cyst & study the volume of hydatid cyst
...Show More Authors

The hydatid materials were collected and studied, so they were contained 50 fertile human hydatid cases {33 (66%) females and 17 (34%) males}. They were collected from Al-Ramadi General Hospital during the period from December, 2003 to July, 2004 .Cysts were observed in 40 (80%) from the liver, 5 (10%) from the lungs, 3 (6%) from the kidney and 2 (4%) cysts from urinary bladder. The specimens were taken from patients of different ages. The in vitro viability of protoscoleces was assessed on the basis of flame cell activity and eosein exclusion, which were considered as criteria to determine the death or viability of protoscoleces. In addition to this movement (flame cell activity), another motility like constriction – relaxatio

Objective: To investigate and prove that aspirin
protects, or at least attenuates amikacin ototoxicity in
humans.
Method: This study was conducted in 60 patients that
completed all
requirements .The patients were divided into two
groups:
• Control group: receive placebo treatment.
• Drug–treated group: They receive aspirin

The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Achieving Tax Compliance: Evidence from Iraq
...Show More Authors

This study focuses on how tax administrations in Iraq use Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to monitor tax evasion for individuals and companies to achieve Tax Compliance (TC). AI was measured through four dimensions: Advanced Data Analytics Techniques (ADAT), Explainable AI (EAI), Machine learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). At the same time, TC was measured through registration, accounting, and tax payment stages. We relied on the questionnaire form to measure the variables. A sample of employees in the General Tax Authority in Iraq was selected, and a questionnaire was distributed to 132 people. The results indicated that the dimensions of AI affect achieving TC at all stages. This study provides evidence of using A

BACKGROUND:

The correlation between dyslipidemia and the severity of coronavirus disease 2019 has been widely categorized. Dyslipidemia is one of the most dominant disorders among these patients. Systemic inflammation accompanied by cytokine storm hemostasis modifications and severe vasculitis have all been reported to occur among COVID-19 patients, and these may contribute to some severe complications.

OBJECTIVE:

The aim of this study is to assess the possible relationship between dyslipidemia and the severity of coronavirus disease 2019.

METHODS:

This work encompassed 200

From Friendship to Fracture: The Role of Place in Lynn Nottage’s Sweat
...Show More Authors

Human relationships are shaped and affected by the place they live in. This article analyzes Lynn Nottage’s Sweat from the perspective of spatial theory, particularly using the theories of Yi-Fu Tuan and Doreen Massey, to explore the complex connection between place and human relationships. The article examines how Nottage presents the reciprocal effect between people and their setting. By examining the city, the factory, and the local community around it, the study shows how place serves as a dynamic force that shapes the characters’ identities and relationships rather than just serving as a background. While Massey’s concept of place as a product of social relations offers a framework to explore the tensions and solidarity that aris
